There is no elevator in the hotel. The Building is an old Mansion and there is no room in the design to install one.

Dear Atiquah Greetings Thank you for your interest in our Hotel I’m glad to inform you that we have a triple room checking in June 22 and checking out June 29 a total of 7 nights the area is safe, We are around 20 minutes walking distance to Alaqsa Mosque. Dear Manukau, The weather in March varies, but it is still winter temperature might be around 15 degrees centigrade and at night averaging 7-10 . We follow Yahoo map, if you ask us a week before your arrival we would have a better answer. There is no kettle in the room, we have a couple of spare one upon request. On the other hand you can ask for hot water from the restaurant. Don't hesitate to contact us for any other enquireies. Looking forward to welcoming you at our hotel All the best Hanan Saadeh

"I understand the first floor has been refurbished but if you have a lot of luggage opt for the ground floor as there is no lift."
"The family rooms are large and comfortable. I think they would do anything to accommodate requests including dry cleaning."
