I stayed there for 8 nights while attending a conference at nearby Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The room was good, clean and comfortable. It’s complimentary breakfast option had fixed variety. So after few days I didn’t find anything interesting except the omelette counter! It is centrally located as you’ll find the Israel Museum and downtown (restaurants) are within walking distance. The tram line which connects most of the city including the downtown and the station is just across the street. It is also located very close to a subway (metro) station which connects the Benguiron airport. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Very well situated Hotel, 5 minutes walk from the tram to get to the old city, nice clean room, posssibility to make coffee and thee in the room, very helpful staff in the hotel, swell frontdesk, dining room and everywhere in the hotel, excelent choice of food in buffet form, parkingspace on demand if possible, gwe have been coming several years now to this hotel en enjoy its hospitality
We stayed here for 5 nights room 613. We were welcomed in the reception with a very nice glass of wine and smiling staff. We were welcomed in the room with 1/2 af bottle of wine, chokolate cake and fresh fruit, amazing! The room was very beautiful with nice beds, large bathroom with a tub that we enjoyed after our long walks in Jerusalem. We was happy that we choose breakfast, you have to do that, it's a excellent choice and much value for the money. The restaurant is so beautiful, like sitting in a garden. The staff is amazing here also. There is a big variety of bread, eggs, salads and more than you can ever eat you through in 5 days, even though we tryed:-) We also tryed roomservice and that was so nice. The food in this hotel is of very high quality, the wine aswell. Evening restaurant is a must too! They offer wine tastings here aswell. The hotel is very clean and we cannot say one negative word about it. The staff is doing ALL they can to make you feel at home, we want to thank everyone for your hospitality and smiles. It takes you 5 minutes to walk to the train a ticket costs 5.90 NIS to go to the Old Town of Jerusalem. You can also go by taxi, it costs 50 NIS to the Old Town. Our biggest recommendations to this hotel and thank you for making our stay so beautiful. …
We stay here over one weekend. It was a fantastic place. From the outstanding staff to the wonderful meals in their restaurant everything was great. Well, except for the coffee. We were not pleased with it. Plus we couldn’t get it on Saturday morning at all. That was a surprise for us. The room facilities were exceptional too.
Easy walking distance from the rail station and very close to museums, government buildings, etc.. The staff are super competent.. totally relaxed. I turned up at 10.00 but there's no kind of food available at that time, restaurant is closed and no food in the bar. Really? This is 2020 and nothing? Never mind, the very nice lady on reception gave me a free glass of wine. Breakfast was really 9/10 I'm only taking a point off for the Nescafe coffee machine - yuck.
