The room was NOT clean! I arrived a little bit late because I had the bar exams the next day. The bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling. I only figured that out when I woke up the next morning to take a shower and found all the towels wet. The walls were dirty, furniture was dirty, it just doesn’t meet the standards of a 5 stars hotel, not even 1 star. Check out the photos.

We are checking out soon, after 3 nights, a couple with a 9 year old and a 1.4 year old. Unfortunately, I can't say anything but ok about this hotel. The hotel is huge and not modern at all. Rooms are nice and big, but not clean!!! We moved from one room to another because of noise fom the construction outside, open electricity spots a bathroom that didn't work, and the master bed was two seperated mattresses. Felt like they tried their luck with us on that room. So we got a bigger room with a nice view, but also not clean enough. They came to clean the room at 3pm, when the kids were resting, so we asked them to come later. Until check out, we are still waiting for them to clean the room... Another thing- the hotel sepoused to be a family friendly hotel, but the facilities are not. The pool is very deep, even on the shallow part, the lifeguard played with his phone, even though smoking is prohibited, people were smoking... our boy was pretty disappointed. Breakfast is good, staff is mostly nice and helpful. Location is great. No oarking at the hotel! The parking lot gets full very fast and there's not a lot of parking at the area, so for a family, its not very easy. And one more thing- watch out for the hidden light switches in the bed. One of us moved at night and all the lights in the room suddenly went on. So, our Jerusalem family vacation was lots of fun, but probably could be better in another hotel for this price.

Location : great, close by walk to many sites like Mahne Yehuda market , old city, restaurants. Service: Great service, hotel stuff are very kind and will do the maximum to help and let you feel welcomed. Room: clean and tidy, there are some maintenance issues like displaced cabinet door and some issue with the shower tap, we had some additional 2 other issues that was instantly fixed. Food: breakfast was partial ok, very few non dairy dishes , the scrambled egg was felt not fresh, and some of the pastries was felt dry, coffee was terrible . Pool: very clean and well organized by the stuff (under the restriction of the COVID-19), the stay in the pool was very pleasant. Overall: good hotel ,stuff are great and kind , food needs some fine tuning. We had good time.

I needed to come to Jerusalem for the night so we decided on this hotel chain , the check in was ok , the room on the 22 floor was ok but very dated around 1970’s, but after we spent a hour at the pool which was spoilt by their very yucky choice in loud music , I went to have a shower only to find a very small bath towel with a blood mark in the middle , of course that put me off having a shower at that time , so I went to reception with the towel to explain and show him the mark , I was then explained in great detail how they wash their towels after listening I said I don’t care this marked yucky towel should not be put back into the rooms - no sorry was given to me - yeah a new towel would be sent , we went out 2.5 hours later no towel. I went back to reception a new person explained again , again no sorry we will send u a new towel , This morning after having no sleep due to a large crowd outside with police until 1.30 we asked for a late check out until 12.30 so we could return to sleep after our meeting , we were met with someone dressed in shorts like he was going to the beach , he said no way as it was Friday , did not care we only got to sleep at around 2, because of the noise send we could have until 12 but was very rude about it . Breakfast should be different in these days no helping yourself any more , this hotel has done nothing , good job we went early , afterwards in will be gross , not what the government guidelines have told them to do Will not be back find a different hotel there are hundreds in this town Someone’s food left out by the lift at 7.00am Car park costs 40.00 nis per night Don’t need a answer from a customer service rep after I have left , this is my point of view ,
