Ask the hotel- they’ll know which rooms have views ( I presume you mean views of the the city of Jerusalem). Generally you pay more for such rooms. Ours were on the same floor as the lobby and had great views.

Yes all the rooms and common areas are air conditioned. This is true for the vast majority of hotels in Israel.

Hope it's not too late, but the rooms on the lobby level have disabled rooms, and they get booked very early.

I think not, as to both of those items. But why not email the hotel and ask them directly. It's possible that some of their rooms have these things.

I apologize for my late reply please write to the reservations department they will let you know how much it costs and what they have available for the dates you have ordered. I am sorry but this does not allow me to write the mail address for the reservation department but you can find it on our site.
