An large item I just bought for $700 was stolen right in front of the hotel from the bus. I begged the hotel to review the security cameras. After several days of runaround, they just kept hanging up on me. Something very fishy!!!

I have been to Israel several times, but this is the first time I am staying in Jerusalem. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean hotel, arranged and with good services. The staff, the services, the room, all were ok, I have nothing to reproach. Maybe just too much time to wait for the elevator, but being accommodated on the 3rd floor, I mostly went up the stairs.

Awful place. The rooms tiny. Furnishings are falling apart. There are only 2 plugs in the room. One is high above a mirror. The other is tucked in a far corner, completely useless. Beds were uncomfortable. Even the bedroom door had to be slammed to secure. I would never recommend this place.

Not the best value for money in terms of accommodation, but we realized that most of Israel is expensive. The general attitude of service providers is quite abrupt. The facilities a far-cry from modern and well cared for but we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated the kind and caring service we got this Friday morning at the front desk. A young man named Ahmad thoughtfully assisted us in making the most of our day in Jerusalem. He seemed very knowledgeable and his advice was excellent when it came visiting the old city.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while in Jerusalem on a tour. The rooms are basic but other wise fine. The breakfast and dinner buffets are nice with enough of selection to generally satisfy ones wants. The Wifi was very good. A shopping mall in right below the hotel which is nice and access to the light rail is easy. If you are in a odd number room it can be a little noisy as you face the street and folks really like to use their car horns. It does calm down around 10 pm. Over all this is a nice hotel, nothing fancy but adequate.
