Great location, in a very posh side of the West Jerusalem, a 10 minutes walk from the Old Jerusalem - Jaffa Gate. Not full of religious tourists groups. Young people, nice staff, good price/quality balance. Look for Saleh and Mohamad at the reception, they’re nice and great help!

Mamilla is a wonderfully elegant hotel, just outside the Jerusalem old city walls at the Citadel. This is an ideal location for touring the old city and magnificent views of the old city and Jerusalem. The breakfast is amazing. The sun deck is beautiful and afford magnificent views. Faris and the other staff are courteous, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful . Mamilla is also at the Nexus of public transportation, including light rail and bus lines. This makes it a perfect starting point for all of the sightseeing around Jerusalem.

Loved the aesthetics of this property. It’s a gorgeous combination of the ancient beauty of Jerusalem and an updated modern style. Aside from the amazing room, the highlight of our stay at The Mamilla was definitely the service. Every person we interacted with was kind and attentive. Mark at the front desk was especially helpful and made our whole stay super smooth. I’m definitely planning on returning next year, absolutely *loved* this place.

I hesitated between 3 and four, the fair note would be 3,5 but the localisation and the beautiful rooms and common areas made me choose 4 above 3 and especially with the poor other option in the area   Let’s start with the good points :   - Well situated, next to the old city - Really beautiful common areas, decorated with taste - Room is nice (small but nice)   But, we were disappointed by many important points during our stay especially regarding the price we paid : Really bad food experience (both breakfast and restaurant). Food was not good at all Really bad service overall Bad service at the restaurant Bad service at the bar At the bar and the restaurant, they are unprofessional and really don’t care about your well being. They don’t even try to.. At the restaurant The waiters brought us both the starter and the main dish at the same time, without apologizing, despite the fact this was not we asked for..  they brought the wine after having finished the dishes… Restaurant was cold   No Mini bar in the room Just an empty refrigerator…    At the bar we were installed to some table, despite the fact that we wanted to go to other ones but we were told that was impossible because it was for people who want to dine… the dining room was just 100% empty… (and it was 98% empty when we finished our drink) We were asked if we want wine… we said that we would like cocktails and the lady who placed us really showed that she was annoyed.. yes because pouring a glass of wine seems to mean less effort than doing a cocktail…  We asked if we can have some snacks while we were having our drink, in return she asked us if we had a reservation for dinner, in case we did a reservation in the meantime… We didn’t… but obviously, if you are drinking, you can’t eat in the same time? Are you serious?? It was not possible to drink cocktails and to have snacks in the same time… not even some olives…  Cocktails were really not good at all    We really were chocked by the lack of service, of hospitality we felt in both the bar and the restaurant.   At the reception, people were a bit nicer     We paid a lot of money and it was definitely not in line with experience provided

We had a very good time at the Mamilla Hotel. We were offered excellent service , especially by Stephane. We had a great diner at the Happy Fish restaurant and amazing breakfast every morning. The room had a beautiful city view, and a spacious bathroom.

Nice, clean and fresh hotel with excellent and polite service. The rooms are a little smaller than in used to but exceptionally clean and in a good state. Staff are polite and friendly. Great location with everything in reach. A special shout at to Mark at reception, who is very helpful and gets things done :)

the hotel is magnificent, but really what makes it so special is the incredible attention from the staff. The customer service is absolutely excellent. But the front desk staff and the dining hall staff took care of any need and we’re never bothered by us asking too many questions. A perfect location in the heart of Jerusalem. You couldn’t pick a better place for your stay.

The hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. Top flight service in restaurants and super helpful concierge. The location, 15 min from the Kotel can’t be beat. And then the missiles started….But this was where the hotel really shined. It made it clear the safety of the guests was the first priority. The food quality and service never missed a beat and they made sure we were able to get to the airport to catch our flight (and made sure we had a flight to catch!). When we return to Israel we will be coming back to Mamilla.

I have been to Israel many times before for work and decided to return for vacation with my wife. Having heard wonderful things about the Mamilla we gave it a try and were not disappointed. From the very personalized check-in with Mark, to the lounge, restaurant, room service, housekeeping to check-out, everything was great! Staff are intently focused on the guest experience. It will be my go to hotel for future stays. Bravo to the whole team at the Mamilla!!!
