We were impressed with Mandi Waller, the guest experience executive, who helped us with the services that made our stay enjoyable. Thank you Mandi for the extra special attention and care. We look forward to returning for additional enjoyable stays at Ramada Jerusalem and other Ramadas.
The rooms are spacious and provide everything you need. The temperature is ideal and in March we didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioning. The pillows and mattress are top notch! The wifi is very good! All in all it is an excellent place to stay in Jerusalem!
We had taken out a room for a bride and groom and there was some issue. The hotel took full responsibilty and fixed the problem as well as giving us another free stay with full board plus some other benefits. Mandi was amazing in every way. Would highly reccomend the hotel as well as commend the service.
The room although good size was never cleaned properly (we stayed 4 nights). We saw the same dust, the same stains, lack of basics (had to ask for sugar coffee, no fresh towels, different soap. The restaurant was a glorified smorgasbord over cooked items, wine expensive and not much to choose from. The hotel needs a good upgrade. Elevators confusing(mostly during the Sabbath), but hey we are paying for good service, not subsidizing a Holy weekend
Dan is really "the man" It is rare you come across someone like Dan! He takes the word service to a new level! Nothing is to much for him to do and he dose everything with his trademark smile. I only stay at the Ramada because of Dan!
