Loved this hotel. Breakfasts are fabulous and the chef is great! Staff are helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the afternoon snacks. Conveniently located - we walked a lot to the old town all the way to Damascus Gate. Jerusalem is a very interesting town. If we visit again I would book this hotel.

Hotel's Favorite
This was the best hotel during our stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment you pass the door, you are warmly welcomed by the staff. Everybody was so friendly and helpful - big thank you to the Manager Ms Ayala who hosted us on the last day during Happy Hour. The hotel itself has the perfect location, close to everything. The room was comfortable, with a nice view. Coffee and tea facilities were available, also water and chocolate. Breakfast was amazing- rich and very delicious - plenty of things to choose from. Happy hour offers delicious wine, meal and snacks. We definitely recommend Bezalel Hotel to everyone!

I came to this hotel not sure what to expect since i stay usually in big hotels I must say that i am so pleasantly surprised. this boutique hotel is extremely clean, well renovated . the staff is so friendly and driven by the desire to make our stay so pleasant. There are always there to help and make you feel welcome. The room is renovated and has a nice bathroom. |The room is not big .I suggest to book the room with balcony or with a terrace to give you more space. The location is outstanding. |There is no parking for your info. |I will recommend it

Very friendly and helpful staf. Nice room and the hotel is situated in an entertainment area of Jurusalem, relative close to the old city. They have a happy hour from 17.00 - 19.00 in which you can take food and beverages as you like without extra charges.

Nice boutique hotel. The breakfast room has a great ambiance. There are many great choices to eat at breakfast and my gluten free gf was pleased with the many options. The staff is very helpful. On a negative side there is not much storage for your clothes. Great location and rooms are quiet.

4.5 rounded up to 5 for amazing service. The front desk was available through WhatsApp basically 24/7 and helped us with dinner reservations, daytime planning, and even a ticket we got! The rooms are comfortable if a bit small, and the AC didn’t get terribly cold, but we were there in the middle of a heat wave so I think this was a fluke. Will definitely come back to stay if we’re back in Jerusalem!!

We stayed at the hotel for one night . This was our first time but certainly not the last… we decided to come back when we will visit Jerusalem again. From the warm reception to the very comfortable room, excellent location, great breakfast and very friendly attentive service, we loved our stay and recommend it !! Adi the hotel manager is the best!

Warm, inviting and friendly hosts made us feel very welcome. The breakfast and happy hour were fantastic. It was a great atmosphere with all guests gathered together at each end of the day. You could not do better. We had a delightful room with a small balcony. Great location 15 minute walk to the Jaffa Gate. Thank you Bezalel we would love to come back.

The service and breakfast were great! Adit was amazing and always smiling. She was very helpful. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The washroom and shower were tight, but functional. Great location in the heart of Jerusalem. We will be back soon!

Good hotel in great location - 15 mins to centre and 30 to old city. Large and comfy bed. Great private terrace but too windy to use whilst we were there. Free Happy hour 5-7 with drinks and nibbles. Bathroom a bit dated and sometimes the shower wasn’t very hot
