Lovely boutique hotel in great centre of town location. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Room was a good size, nicely appointed and clean. Happy hour(s) were a nice timeout in a very nice atmosphere in the lobby. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel, it is a very pleasant change from staying in chain hotels.

We stayed here 3 nights with our tour group. It was a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast and happy hours were wonderful. Our room was small, but very comfortable. The location is very close to the old city.

A trip to Israel with my 20yo son for a week vacation was made complete by the comfort of this beautiful hotel and its gracious staff. The Harmony Hotel was recommended to us and did not disappoint! The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Hotel staff was warm and friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure that we were comfortable…including providing such details as a professional grade blow dryer. (Mine blew up day one!). The breakfast buffet and gourmet coffee available every morning was also amazing. And we especially enjoyed the happy hour buffet with complimentary wine and delicious snacks offered in the evenings. The rooftop lounge overlooking the umbrella street was a perfect spot to read or enjoy a glass of wine or a quiet cappuccino. The location was perfect and walkable to everything we were interested in doing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Jerusalem. …

I have been traveling to Jerusalem 2-3 times a year since 2016 (except during COVID) and have always stayed at the Harmony Hotel. The staff are wonderful, the location is perfect and it always feels like home away from home. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel managers (Tarek and Tarek) are very attentive to all the guests. The rooms are quite nice and the beds are comfortable. I will always stay here!

This was our third or fourth stay at the Harmony Hotel in Jerusalem. The staff is friendly, helpful, and competent. The location of the hotel is excellent for touring around the Old City, Ben Yehuda Street, Mamilla, and walking distance to many shops, museums, and interesting neighborhoods. The breakfasts while not as elaborate as many of the larger hotels, is good and the service is better than many of the larger “fancier” hotels. We look forward to many more visits to the Harmony. The front desk couldn’t have been more accommodating at check-in. We arrived around 11:00am and assumed we’d just have the hotel hold our luggage until the posted check-in time of 3:00pm. Tariq, the day manager, suggested we have a seat in the lobby and within 10 minutes our room was ready for us to use.…

Perfect location with easy access to Jaffo and Ben Yehuda, and 10-minute walk to Old City. Off main roads, so quiet. Clean, comfortable rooms. Delightful staff. Great pricing. Only downsides were (1) no shabbat lunch, so plan ahead; (2) need to call ahead to reach by car.

Harmony is a small boutique hotel extremely well located and with a friendly and efficient staff. The standard room was very small and in need of upgrading. Breakfast was good without being outstanding. The Happy Hour is a good Atlas Group touch but the snacks choice is limited and it spoils the effect only to have paper cups for hot drinķs. Compared with other hotels in the group it feels a bit tired.

Outstanding in every way. Superbly friendly, clever piece of architecture, and the icing on the cake is their "happy hour" : an experience where you share a living room with other guests in a warm environment. The rooms are small but not surprising considering the location : which is superb. A few minutes walk to the old city, proximity to eateries, bars, retailers et all. They claim that they strive for the vibe it delivers : I agree. A must stay.
