Dar Sitti Aziza is more than a heritage hotel: it is a labor of love. In English, the name of our hotel is “The House of My Grandmother Aziza.” The name Aziza means “precious” in Arabic, which to us gives our hotel a double meaning: it is precious both in word and also in memory of our grandmother whose name it bears. We have many fond memories of hearing stories about this unique home of our family, and we are now ready to offer this home to the many visitors who come around the world to visit Bethlehem, Palestine and beyond.Ahlan wa sahlen! You are welcome!

The house is so charming and warming. You feel like you are living in the time of Christ. The owners are so, so nice, they make you feel like you are at home. We spend Christmas with them and we loved it. The eggs are their grandmother's recipe and so tasty.

I love staying at Dar Sitti Aziz. The host, Nabil, can tell you generations of family history in this beautifully converted family property. You will have a warm welcome and local advice as well as the best breakfast on the terrace and all a few meters from Manger Square. You will arrive as a guest and leave as family.

Nabil, thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. Dar Sitti Aziza is the ultimate boutique hotel in Bethlehem. Nabil and his team look after every sigue detail to ensure a pleasant stay to all guests. From the well decorated theme rooms to the delicacy of silk bedsheets, every detail is designed to make Dar Sitti Aziza the best boutique hotel in the heart of Bethlehem. Para los amigos de habla hispana, les recomiendo Dar Sitti Aziza cómo el mejor sitio para hospedarse cerca a la iglesia de la natividad y los sitios de interés turistico y religioso.

Recent overnight stay while on Intrepid tour. Absolutely wonderful time. Extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast was phenomenal, and the owner/housekeeper could not have been more gracious, kinder, or accommodating. Could not have been any better! Highly recommended!

Nabil was the most gracious host, very personable! He gave us the history of the hotel with so much love for his mother and commitment to continuing to keep her memory alive. His attention to detail was obvious in the cleanliness of the hotel, the decorating and then his breakfast in the outside courtyard filled with secret recipes only he has from his mother! Not only a beautiful hotel, a truly wonderful experience. We highly recommend!!
