Stayed here three nights with a tour group. As the hotel is small, we had it to ourselves. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to meet our needs. My room was fine though the hot water system took some time to get used to. As mentioned by others, the top floor restaurant and bar was great--very accommodating with well-priced and mixed cocktails. And the view was lovely. We took our meals (breakfasts and dinners), however, in the dining hall which was more spartan but the food and variety was good. The neighborhood was fairly quiet.
This is lovely and cosy hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly. The food is amazing and well served. The hotel has a beautiful bar on the 7th floor with amazing view. I was traveling with group and we were given very nice room, clean and comfortable with pretty view. You can see amazing sunrise. I fully recommend this place. I felt relaxed and comfortable there. Thank you Nahida and the all the people working there.🙏
We stayed here for 1 night. This is a small new hotel with its own parking. It has a lot going for it including - the welcome; this was first class, very friendly and perfect for a hotel of this size - the upstairs restaurant and bar is very good with great views of everything around. It was the room that disappointed us. These were quite small and ours had two single size beds with, for some strange reason, plastic sheeting below the cover sheet. No idea why but felt uncomfortable. Also the walls are thin so we could hear what was going on next door including alarm going off and shower being used. Shame as the room quality is all important.
If you are looking for a great place to rest and a launch pad to explore Bethlehem- this is it! Family run hotel- they take pride of ownership and it shows throughout. Hotel is modern and there is a great restaurant on the top floor!
Beautiful family run hotel! Very clean rooms, polite and helpful staff , great view from room and restaurant overlooking the whole area of surrounding towns. Spacious parking lot near entrance. Super delicious gourmet food served at hotel’s very nice decorated restaurant and bar. Five minutes walk to Manger Square, with a shortcut stairway to the Church of Nativity. Excellent hotel- couldn’t ask for more! Thank you - We are definitely looking forward to our next stay!

excellent hotel, Very friendly staff, clean new rooms. Excellent breakfast and great restaurant. Close to the city center but in a quite neighborhood... Very recommend for couples or young travelers .
Everything about Innova8ion is excellent! Even from before I arrived, the staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! During my stay, they helped me with anything I needed regarding my room or details on how to get around. I felt that they were my friends and family! In addition to this, my room was very comfortable with a modern design and a balcony with a beautiful view—all for an excellent price. Additionally, the restaurant and lounge where I had breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening was absolutely lovely and fun! The food and the view were amazing! I recommend Innova8ion to anyone who would like to stay in Bethlehem walking-distance from Manger Square!! :)
Quiet, simple, clean and comfortable - good beds, and plenty of hot water - with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast of Arab bread, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, cold cuts, labneh, chopped peppers and cucumbers, zait wa zaatar (olive oil and thyme), butter, honey and jam, served family-style at a long table against the backdrop of views over Beit Sahour and the hills beyond. When the hotel was a little busier there was a buffet instead and some more Western elements like corn flakes, and the zait wa zaatar got dropped.
Excellent stay for almost a week in this modern, comfortable hotel. Clean and efficient, centrally located yet relatively quiet surroundings. Short walk to Manger Square. Many rooms have a balcony with fabulous views over Bethlehem and the hills - as does the top-floor dining room. Varied Middle Eastern menus and friendly, helpful staff.
