First of all I would like to say thanks to Galip Özmen ( our waiter on the restaurant and breakfast ) for the amazing service, professionalism and attention to the guests; Orkun Dorsunoglu ( on the reception ) that helped us with the checking in and gave us an amazing room with a beautiful view, he took his time and gave us a special feeling since the first moment in this amazing Hotel. Miss Aysel from the guest relation that helped my girlfriend with the preparation of the room for my unforgettable Birthday in Turkey, and last but not least Salih Aslan that was always very attentive for the cleaning of our room in this difficult situation in which we are living ( Sars-Cov-2 / Covid-19). I was happily surprised by the attention to every detail and the hygiene of this Amazing Hotel, the staff was very attentive to maintain the good and safe environment. Both my girlfriend and Me, felt very safe even if in this situation. I would like to underline that the staff working for the Hotel is very well prepared, very professional and very kind. There was distance between the tables, every one was wearing the mask ( IN THE PROPER WAY ), the staff was wearing gloves and they were disinfecting every table after the guests, same thing with the elevators ( there was one person that was cleaning the buttons and the door handles of the spaces in common like the bathroom of the restaurant, lobby etc after every usage) We had an Executive Room 28th floor. This was my second time in this hotel and I can assure you that I had a very nice experience also during my stay in October 2019. What should else can I say? We stayed on this hotel for 2 nights. Among almost everything beeing very well, the staff here is excellent! They don’t hesitate to help you on anything, they are really friendly, smiling all the time. I could mention here Mr. Zafer especially, he is just great! Looking forward to visit this hotel every time I’ll be on Istanbul.

Not much of a recommendation for breakfast or bar, but highly recommended for the COVID-19 concerned. Absolutely clean and prepared to avoid COVID-19 risks. A safe stay! The vicinity is also quite convenient.

Since Dec 19, 2018, I always stay at Bomonti Hilton when I visit Turkey for a business trip. Kind staffs, clean and new facilities are reliable and enjoyable. Even this stay for 7 months, I was satisfied with Bononti Hilton. I can recommend this hotel to my colleagues or visitors who visit Istanbul.
