I really enjoy our visit to Swiss hotel Bosporus.Compliments and many thanks to our waiter CAN. Good food service and I appreciated the attention that they were given to us . I wish to come back ASAP!
Accommodated for a night with my family during Pandemic, on Feb 20th. Special requests about higher floor and connected rooms were met. Rooms were super clean, comfy and quiet. Getting used to the light controls is a small challenge though. :-) Food served by Room Service was one of the best. Cafe at Lobby was very crowded and it does not 'feel' well ventilated here. Desserts and drinks we had here were very tasty and the service was great. Had the opportunity to experience Chalet Restaurant tasting menu. Although restaurant failed to arrange a table in front of fireplace, as requested approx. 2 weeks ago (they never promised though), they fixed it in a while and managed to made us happy. Special thanks to manager for that! Wine was first served as chilled but not kept cool later (I am sure they would, if we would have asked). Food was OK, you may have eaten better Swiss cheese and Rösti in the past. Experience and service was overall good and I would consider going there again, perhaps to try something individual from the menu. Breakfast served in Sabrosa restaurant was nice. All food was extremely fresh and delicious (except Sucuk, which maybe a better one preferred). It would be nicer if some cakes and milky desserts were served in addition to pastry desserts. Staff was attentive and met our never ending requests happily, such as pillows and plastic spoons for our baby girl. Sultan Park was nice for walking. Thanks for caring all these old trees and maintaining the heart of the city well. Kids Garden was OK. Staff cleaned all toys with disinfectant, which helped us to feel safe. Tree house is a bit old require urgent refurbishment. There are rusty bolts and nails that may harm children (there was a label not to leave kids unattended on this tree house). This hotel charges parking fee from visitors, but does not charge non-filter coffee & orange juice consumed at breakfast. They use mid-market rates when converting EUR to TRY, which is something I pay attention. I recommend this hotel to create more open-air dining areas with heaters, perhaps empty area nearby the pool would be convenient for winter. So that cafe at lobby would be less crowded. At check out and check in, there were approx. 5 ea individual lines at Front Desk. I was not lucky enough to pick the fastest line and it took me wait a good 10-15mins waiting at each time. Perhaps it would be more efficient if people would queue in one line and taken care by whoever front desk staff is available next.…

According my flashbacks of last short staying in Istanbul I chose Swiss Hotel for my business trip, this time I have to stay for 1 month and I had some options with other hotels, but here stuff make you feel like at home. The hotel is very close to the centre of the city, too restaurant in istanbul and I adore spent my evenings in the gym, and you can stay in a hotel for whole days and never been bored with activities inside. The most important I do a healthy diet and stuff knows it and help to get me healthy breakfast to get to my aims. Thank you!
