We stayed at room 1410. The room is excellent.everything is clean, towel, bathrobes changed regularly. Kind personel, room service, laundry..All requests were performed. Will definitely be my hotel to stay everytime I visit istanbul.

Well first of all the location of the hotel is superb! It’s in the center of everything and you can reach İstiklal street by walk in a minute. I booked a room with a view to the Golden Horn and ask about the highest floor, and the highest floor is seventh, so my room view was amazing, especially at the sunset. The room itself is very spacious and well decorated. Mine had two windows what I loved! The bed is really big, I think it’s queen-size, it has 4 pillows and very-very beautiful bed linen. The hotel has the restaurant on the rooftop. It’s on the terrace with a view to the Golden Horn and it’s really nice to have breakfast over there. There’re a safe box, iron desk, big chair, big table and a small cosmetic table, big LCD TV with the satellite channels in a room. Sanitizing gel, disinfection wet tissues and a bottle of water per day are complementary. Also they provide toothbrush and shower sponge and it’s complementary as well. What I like from the hotel there’re many stands (literally every step!) with the masks, gloves and disinfection gel. And it’s all complementary as well. The hotel has its own spa with a foam massage, relaxing massage, hammam and gym. Also there’s a small beauty salon at the spa center. Once I tried relaxing massage and I liked that. The lady masseuse did her best and relax my muscles so good. All the guys and girls from the reception, the restaurant and the spa center are very kind and helpful. Want to say many thanks to the girl who work at the guest relation, her name is Lina, and she never left me unattended and helped to solve any problem I had. Also many-many thanks to the guys from the reception, they are very helpful, smiling and greeting you every time when you passed by, and I love that a lot! They always help me to call a taxi. The taxi is really safe and drivers use the Taxi-meter so it’s not overpriced. Overall I loved my stay at Rixos Pera and I’m going to back to Istanbul one day and definitely book the same hotel because I don’t even want to look for another one. The carpet under my bed was Very dirty and full of hair and the dirts stayed there for 4 days and they didn’t use a vacuum cleaner especially during corona situation which makes us question their safety measures... this is really disappointing for a five stars hotel .. and also my friend got stolen from her room they opened her bag and stole 2 make up items from it ... I don’t recommend rixos pera and i will never stay there again

Dear Amira, Unfortunately during your stay in our hotel, you have never reported your dissatisfaction with the state of the room and conditions of the carpets as well. Your room has been cleaned and inspected on a daily basis by our Housekeeping Supervisor. Our hotel is very responsible during the pandemic situation and all rules and regulations of hygiene and cleaning are observed with special care according to all protocols. Also, we would kindly like to inform you that there is no concrete proofs that the guests were robbed by employees of our hotel. Our hotel is always on the side of our valued guests if the charges are justified and have direct proofs. Otherwise, we fully defend the honor and dignity of our employees.
