You will feel an excellent luxury and the best hospitality from the first minute of your welcome in the hotel. What we have noticed from our last trip shortly, wonderful atmosphere with so delicious foods & flavorful, attentiveness of staffs and of course timeliness of services. Special thanks to the Master Chef (Savas Bey and the other chefs) as well as the Semih Bey, Sinan Bey, Cemal Bey, Yagiz bey and Busra Hanim and others who we don't remember the name but gave us best services in every single minute of our accommodation period.

Still the best place to stay in town - top notch property and top notch service from a team that cares about meeting all your requests. Very strict safety regime with Covid and many thanks to the Conceirge team for making my visit to Istanbul so eventful. Will always go back!

One of the best experiences ever 🙌🏻 From the entrance I had a feeling that I entered to the heaven, started from wonderful scent, so pleasant music, every corner is made of the highest quality materials, and art peaces are truly stunning. Our room had amazing view, you can really have a touch with a past times, and imagine how the peace of Ottoman Empire looked like.
