This is the highest point in Vientiane where you can have the great view of Mekong river and streets as well. The room is large, meals are Ok and staff is well-trained. Wifi Ok, of course. Highly recommended.

No it does not. You would have to pre-arrange a limo service. Alternatively, just take a taxi from the airport. Very safe.
