Absolutely superb, the staff are fantastic, the room was excellent, breakfast was included in the price and not only varied but everything was delicious. Ate there of an evening, the food was again delicious and very reasonably priced. The room was spotless, regularly cleaned, free mini bar drinks regularly replenished . The attention to detail of the staff was brilliant, from the ice-cold flannels after coming in from a trip to the beautiful , large rooms with all facilities you will need, made our trip to Phnom Penh a special time to remember. The staff always knew who we were when we returned and had our keys ready, the food - both local and Western food was absolutely delicious and the staff were ready to help with any additional requests. The hotel is located centrally in Phnom Penh and the staff are always available to arrange transport to any sights that are not within walking distance.

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and returned for our last night to La Rose Suites. We really enjoyed our stay there. The welcome we got from the staff when we arrived was amazing. We had a welcome drink and a cold towel which was so nice after our long journey. The staff are extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you. Always smiling and extremely helpful. The bedrooms are beautiful. They are spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers are provided with compliments and also Fresh Fruit and some drinks. Bathroom was huge with shower gel and shampoo and conditioners complimentary. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty to choose from and freshly cooked. We also got a free 1 hour massage which was a lovely surprise. The location is great there’s plenty of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk if you don’t want to stay at the Hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at La Rose Suites and wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you to all the friendly Staff for making our holiday so memorable.

What a fabulous hotel. Location is great, walking distance to the major tourist sites and a shopping district. Rooms are spacious and the bed was super comfy. There is a small breakfast restaurant downstairs, but you also have access to a dinner restaurant across the street which also had the Cambodian Apsara dance show. But the best part by far is the staff. They were so welcoming and accommodating right from the start, knew how to get to the sites, recommended restaurants and general travel tips. When my wife fell ill due to the heat, they gifted her fruit, tea and sweets while she rested up in the room. And they showed genuine concern for her the next day.

The hotel is tucked away in a back street with no flashing neon lights to announce itself but this is certainly no disadvantage. Its rooms are spacious and clean but the main attraction is the charming and friendly staff who impress from the moment you arrive. The lady in charge of the restaurant was particularly smart and capable and had a busy environment running smoothly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our two night stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Overall a nice facility with nicer staff and a superb restaurant. La Rose has two properties straddling Street 21 - I stayed 3 nights at the one with the slightly larger swimming pool. It is well situated with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
The property is well maintained. My room felt like a suite, roomy with a massage table and equally spacious bathroom. La Rose’s ecological commitment is evident. No disposable water bottles or toiletries on site.
I had one of my best dinners ever in their on site restaurant. Meal was not overly seasoned nor salty, letting me savor all the flavors of their Khmer specialties. The abundance of fresh produce was evident from crunchy Kaffir leaves to succulent fresh bamboo shoots. I highly recommend the Banana Tree Set - $18 with Khmer Herbal Sour Soup, Chicken Banana Flower Salad, Fish A Mok, Stir Fried Bamboo with Chicken, Poached banana in creamy caramel.
A hotel is only as good as their staff. Those at La Rose are eager to please, responsive and efficient. The front desk staff spoke excellent English.

Amazing staff always fried y always helpful could not say enough good things about the staff. The hotel itself was clean aircon great beds very comfortable. We only had a few nights and one meal at the hotel the meal was really good and they were playing traditional music and traditional dancers were performing which was soothing and beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We booked four nights, as part of a package, so we could enjoy a rest after touring all over Vietnam and Cambodia and we really did feel so well rested after our stay. Our room was large and very comfortable with a four poster bed. There was a lovely sitting area and fruit on the coffee table at our arrival. There was a huge granite bath in the spacious bathroom with a walk in shower which was a good size too! The pool across the road from the main hotel was lovely. It was very relaxing with a fountain and so the sound of constant running water added to the tranquility! Service from the bar - food and drink was available at poolside. The restaurant where we dined one night, which was also across the road, served a very good choice of both Cambodian and Western food. It was all delicious! Breakfast was served in the breakfast room in the main hotel and was cooked fresh to order. This was also very good! There was an excellent spa with very professional therapists - I had a facial, Thai massage and foot massage - wonderful! My husband had a massage 2 days in a row! The best thing about this hotel, is the staff! I have never experienced such a warmth and attention to detail! Every time you arrived back after exploring the city, the staff were there to greet you and hand you cold flannels. Sreypich did a wonderful job ensuring that our stay was perfect. ALL the staff were excellent, from those in the restaurant, pool, bar, spa, lobby, reception, housekeeping, and the porter outside. A combination of lovely, friendly Cambodian personalities and a very high level of staff training, makes any visit to this hotel a very special experience indeed.

This was a great hotel with lovely large rooms and friendly attentive staff. The hotel is very central and tucked down a side street to mitigate against too much traffic noise etc. Extra points for the small details like a free massage and mini bar included. The restaurant is also worthy of a mention as being reasonably priced and of great quality. I would recommend this as a great place to explore the city from.

In our 2 nights at this property we did not get the opportunity to use their pool.
In all my 37 overseas holidays I doubt too many properties had towels beside the pools.
If we had a swim probably used the room towels.
Suggest you buy a very absorbent towel from an outdoors shop in your city & take it with you
