We had the pleasure of staying one night at this great hotel. Before our arrival the hotel was in constant contact with us about arrival and if we needed transport from the airport to the hotel, which we booked.

Upon arrived at PP international airport a driver had a sign with my name waiting to take us to the hotel.

We arrived and was greeted by the friendly reception staff as the check in was very quick and smooth.

That evening as we arrived late we decided to eat at the hotels restaurant on the top floor which had amazing views of the skyline, the food was excellent and great value for money along with the great selection of drinks they had on offer :)

We got chatting to the waiter that evening a very nice and extremely helpful gentleman advising us how far things were away and what we should be paying to get to and from places. (sorry I can’t remember his name).

The breakfast in the morning was good with a great selection of both western and Asian dishes.

The spa facilities are really good with an extensive list of treatments and very well priced. We made great use of facilities the following day with myself having a Swedish massage and my wife a manicure before flying back to the UK.

Before we checked out at 1pm which they had agreed to extend at no extra charge, Mike the GM introduced himself to us both, again a friendly man who asked how our stay was, you could see how passionate he was that his hotel delivered a great experience to their guest’s.

Overall the hotel is in a great location with walking distance of the palace, it is beautifully designed both interior and exterior. The rooms are nice and large with a comfy bed, good selection of tv channels for all nationalities and a great shower :) the staff are extremely friendly and couldn’t help you more.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights, the room was clean and staff were very friendly. There was a fridge in the room, wifi throughout, pool on the top deck and a nice little balcony where you can smoke. Also really comfy pillows which is always a bonus when you've been staying in budget places for a while and haven't had comfort. Not a bad location and tuk tuks are waiting outside to take you where you want to go for cheap prices. Reception is manned 24/7 which is also nice to have in case of any problems.

They have stopped providing breakfast ever since covid which is a shame. They also offer a laundry service but its much cheaper to take it two doors down where they only charge $1 per kg instead of price per item like this hotel does.

Room was good sized, clean and comfortable, good A/C, good WiFi. The staff was skeleton due to low occupancy resulting from COVID effect restricting tourism. Still staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel offers special discounts for direct booking with the hotel and extended stays. Breakfast was included but limited to breads, eggs, and drink. They only had juice one day during our stay and no fruit. Area within walking distance to Royal Palace and riverside seemed safe.

I booked this hotel because of it’s location, plus the fact it had a rooftop pool, bar, restaurant. That was the promise made and what I paid for.

But the rooftop bar/pool/restaurant are all closed . In fact, they don’t even provide beer for your mini-bar! ‘There’s a shop down the road, sir, use that.’

Pointed this out to the receptionist and they said they didn’t know what people were told on the website etc. Lies. They do know the online listings promise stuff that isn’t currently available. Simple.

There are no covid restrictions in place in Cambodian hospitality businesses preventing them providing what they promise. Cash flow problems?? The owners are obviously waiting for an improvement in business to start providing what they promise online and what customers are paying for. .,,, but not receiving.

Customers are being misled and lied to. Not a way to run a business.

This business does not deserve your custom or money. Dishonest and deceitful. AVOID.

Clean, well kept, friendly and helpful Khmer staff don’t speak English, nice quaint rooftop wade pool restaurant and bar with spa, amenities, nice selection for breakfast included. Not fancy, construction activity across street probably all 2020, but more than adequate for the price. Tuk tuk from Airport $10, and driver familiar with location. Walking distance to Mekong River promenade and Royal Palace. Adequate pubs and restaurants along the River, and kiosks selling bug snake and spider snacks between meals. Safe, shampoo and shower gel and toothbrush slippers in room, along with coffee tea and water.

We had a lovely big room, with great bed, good choice of TV channels, nice bathroom and mini bar. But what really struck me about this place was the staff. From check in to check out their attentive ways and kindness really made us feel genuinely wanted and looked after.

Breakfast was very good, a nice buffet spread of Asian, European and eggs etc. We also ate lunch and dinner here and everything we had very very nice indeed and not expensive by any means. Around $7 on average for a dish.

I have taken and attached some pictures of the place and included the roof top bar and pool that has nice cocktails and views. They also have a Spa, but we did not use it. Really great place, so much to offer and all within around 15 minutes stroll along the river side to a host of bars and restaurants that we tried, and found some cracking places.

Stopped here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel, good rooms. We had a triple and a double room- both with balconies. The city view and sunsets were amazing.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Showers were brilliant. We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant staff made it memorable by presenting us with a Birthday cake 😊🎂.
There was a large crane at work right outside the front entrance but this had disappeared before the end of the day and inside the hotel there was no noise from it.
In the whole a great place to stay - fairly central. Staff were knowledgeable and always happy to help.

The staff at this little hotel are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite nice. The pool bar is a great place to spend the late afternoon and evening with a cocktail and lovely view. There are many options for breakfast from the buffet which changes daily, to western and Asian choices cooked to order. Definitely great value for money.

We booked a 10 day package holiday with Travel Agent Hanoi who now cover Cambodia. The trip had two centres in Pnom Penh and Siem Reap. Everything was included once we arrived in Pnom Penh apart from lunch and dinner. We were met at the airport, taken to our hotel and chauffered in a luxury SUV throughout our trip. We had a number of day trips in both centres and were taken between the two cities and returned back to airport. It was a first class holiday and instead of working out what we would do we had planned in advance with Simon (at the agency) what we would cover. The agency can adjust the package to include as much or as little as required. We factored in some free days to do our own thing. Excellent hotels in both cities and trouble free experience. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel with great, helpful staff and lovely spacious clean rooms. We had a deluxe double room with balcony. Very comfortable bed and shower was great. We had breakfast included and it was a very good selection. There's 2 pools there and we used the one on the top floor, which was lovely. There's tuc tucs outside the hotel which was very convenient if you want to go anywhere. We used them but we also walked, about 10-15 minutes to riverside and bars, restaurants etc.

Most restaurants in the area are closed by 9pm. Even the larger chain ones. I suggest a relaxed evening with room service or if you make it before closing than the roof top bar. Have an amazing trip.
