I’m staying at this hotel for four nights and writing this review after just one night because I’ve already been so impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff has been exceptional. The front desk team welcomed me warmly with smiles every time I passed by, and they were incredibly helpful with everything I needed, making my stay so much easier and enjoyable.
The outdoor security team was also friendly, greeting me with the same level of hospitality, and even the maintenance staff was kind and courteous. The attention to detail is evident in every interaction.
The rooftop bar is a highlight. Again very welcoming bartender staff. The cocktails are superb, especially the Negroni, which was just to my liking. The prices are also very reasonable, making it easy to enjoy a few drinks while taking in the view.
Breakfast was equally impressive—beautifully garnished and delicious, showing the care the kitchen puts into their dishes.
The room itself is wonderful. The furniture and bedding feel fresh and new, as the hotel has just opened. It’s clear they’ve invested in quality, and it’s paying off in the comfort of the stay.
Since the hotel is new, there aren't many reviews yet, so I hope this helps anyone considering a stay in Phnom Penh. I highly recommend this hotel, and I’m looking forward to the rest of my time here.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to sightseeing, restaurants and Shopping Mall. The hotel is clean and well managed in all respects. The scenery outside the window also had a beautiful view of the city, and the condition of the room and the beds were all so clean that I could sleep so comfortably while staying. Breakfast is also great. Especially the rice sauce eaten in the morning was so delicious. If you visit Cambodia again, stay at the Kravan Hotel.

As an Australian frequent traveler and a Diamond member with Hilton, as well as Platinum with Marriott and Sheraton, this was my first visit to Phnom Penh. After some research, I found that there was no Hilton in the city, so I decided to choose a hotel by the river for one night to see if I would extend my stay or find another place. Upon arrival, I found the place satisfactory, so I decided to explore other options. I visited Caravan Hotel and was impressed by the rooms. What impressed me even more was the welcome I received from one of the front desk staff, Reu. His exceptional hospitality and professionalism convinced me to book a 10-night stay.
The next day, during my check-in, Saravath, Kimchu, and Buren were at the front desk, and they were all outstanding in their service. The hotel manager, Mr. Jack, came to personally welcome me, and at that moment, I understood why the team exhibited such professionalism—undoubtedly, they have a great leader like Jack.
As for the hotel itself, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism in every corner. The details showed that they know what they're doing and understand how to make a guest's stay comfortable, providing a level of service beyond five stars.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant manager, Mr. Ut, was just as professional as the rest of the team. I wish you continued success and hope you always choose a great team like the one you currently have.

We stayed at the Caravan Hotel in October 2024. We chose this hotel because it had a high rating on booking sites. And the rating met all expectations. Firstly, the room had everything: an iron!, a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer and a TV with Internet access, robes, slippers, toothbrushes and other bathroom accessories! The Internet in the hotel worked well, so I was able to work in peace. The room had a table for relaxing with comfortable soft chairs and a suitable table for working with a comfortable chair. An equally important fact is the presence of 4 types of pillows of different hardness, height, width. For me, first of all, it is very important to have good pillows in hotels. Special thanks to all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Jack and the team at the reception, any issue was resolved instantly. They helped us with advice on where to go and what to definitely see, where it would be more comfortable with children, etc. The hotel has a SPA and we really wanted to use it, but did not have time, next time we will definitely visit. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool with a bar on the roof. The pool is small, but cozy. (ps: for reference, the hotel would like to see vests/bandages or a life preserver, sports noodles, etc. for children)... Breakfasts were buffet style: we managed to get a classic and familiar American breakfast, and also try local dishes, I recommend taking noodles for breakfast, which are presented in different types. The children were also happy with the breakfast, it is difficult to please them, but there was an omelet, cereal, milk, pancakes, sweets :) and that was enough. Thanks to the excellent location of the hotel near the center and the kind pleasant attitude and comfortable accommodation in the hotel, our 4-day business vacation was the most pleasant in the capital of Cambodia. I had a wonderful stay at The Caravan Hotel in August 2024. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Phnom Penh Independence Monument Square, the Mekong River, the Royal Palace, and just a short distance from NagaWorld Casino. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat.
The service was professional, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, with a fantastic city view that I really enjoyed. The restaurant offered a diverse breakfast buffet and a great selection of Asian and Western dining options.

We stayed at the Caravan Hotel during our business trip to Phnom Penh.
The hotel is new and equipped with advanced and modern facilities, I appreciate the working desk and I can request pillows such as memory contour pillows for better sleep🌙
My room has sufficient daylight, which I like very much with 2 corner glass windows overviewing 2 different sides of the city.
The staff were very courteous and helpful, I enjoyed the city view while having my breakfast.
