Meanwhile, most of our guests enjoy shopping in the local markets such as Old market which is next to our building, and Central Market, which is about 5 minutes away, or shop around the mini marts that open 24/7, locating on most of the corners on the street. What is so special about our place is that you can safely and easily walk to Red Lights districts at night time without worrying, since we are in the center of the Red light district, where many cocktail bars and clubs are opening doors to welcome you every night. The apartment block is fantastic, excellent value and in a great location. The room was large, with a kitchenette. The bathroom was stylishly kitted out with great water pressure. The bed was king size and very comfortable. AC worked well. The added bonus was the roof in the pool, providing excellent views of the city and a welcome break from the heat of the city. Bona was a great host and I would definitely stay here again if I were in Phnom Penh.

We booked a room in this hotel upon our arrival in Phnom Penh via a website. We were very satisfied with the room, the service (bus reservation, possibility of leaving luggage in free storage) and the value for money. We therefore reserved a room directly by email for the end of our stay in Cambodia. Relations were very easy and responses were quick. We were surprised to be allocated a large room with kitchen, refrigerator, very large closet for the same very attractive price as the room reserved previously. The hotel is very well located, near the old market, the night market, the river and many bars and restaurants. The view from the 13th floor is magnificent, especially at sunset. The swimming pool is very nice and everything is very clean. I highly recommend !

stayed here 2 nights and in the middle of hustle and bustle of night markets, eateries, and french colonial buildings. other amenities like ATM, convenience store, and pharmacy, all within 3 min walk.
room is clean, comfortable and spacious. shower has great water pressure and ample hot water.
all these at a good price, $30 per night

We chose to stay here twice because we liked it so much. It has everything you want: fibre optic connection, general size apartments, fully equipped kitchen and access to a roof-top pool with stunning views of the city. We recommend it.

Very good residence with very good and helpful staff. Mister Bona is always very kind, if there is any issues, he will immediately solve it. The residence is very centrally located. The night market as well as all the very exciting night life with all the nice bars can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

I’ve stayed here twice for extended stays 2 and 5 months. Great location, close to the action but not too close. Great pool, fast elevator. Room cleaning for a nominal fee. Kitchenette, aircon, wifi and cable TV included. Fitness center for a fee. A lot of amenities nearby, the old market and local and western food close by. Owners are very responsive and security 24/7. The building is brand new, everything works well, quiet surroundings.

I stayed here 2 times when in Phnom Penh. The rooms are new and clean. The staff are pretty friendly. The wifi was quick and that bonus is the tv is smart so YouTube, Netflix, internet browsing etc. the location is perfect because it's not where all the lady bars are but is close. The gym and rooftop pool was good too. I will stay again next time.

Ants all over our room, including the bed and sinks. very rude reception staff that failed to help us with an issue we had and very loud corridors. The gym is great but no air con, the pool is nice with good views.

Hard to find a better located, new, confortable, and low cost hotel next to the Riverside walk, in the very heart of Phnom-Penh. Bonus: a rooftop pool, in the sky of Phnom-Penh. Amazing panorama over the Mekong from the pool and many rooms alike. Friendly and efficient staff. Bona, the manager, takes great care of his guests. I recommend, warmly.

I stayed here for 2 months. It was clean and tidy, with kitchen and a big TV and comfy bed. Very close to Riverside. Perfect location. I really liked it.
The manager, Bona, was very very helpful and was just a quick text away. I’d be happy to stay there again. I totally recommend it !!
