The hotel's prime location is a hit among guests, who appreciate the easy access to local attractions and dining. Stayed there 1 week on a business trip . The room is not big but very well organized and a lot of attention has been given to details and meticulous finishing . The location is nice closed to the Tonlé Sap river and to some very good restaurants like Le Manolis , Oskar …
The breakfast is presented as a buffet with an egg station , I would have appreciated if there was a bit more variety and some cheese .
All the team of Tribe is very attentive and so kind .

We truly have so many good things to say about this hotel and it’s staff. The rooms are incredibly well designed, very comfy beds and light blocking curtains. If you get a room with a balcony (slightly more expensive) you get views of the Mekong. With its central location, the clientele seem to be a mix of business and tourist. The hotel is very well situated for both.
The breakfast!!!! The breakfast is up on a rooftop and is full buffet with made to order eggs and noodle soup (kyteow), with amble options for vegetarians and vegans and breakfast fruit! The roof you’ll see from photos has great views of the river.
To note, the hotel staff are incredibly kind and extremely helpful. We asked them about traveling to our next stop, advice for temples, and all sorts of things, by the end we felt happy every time we saw them.
Would highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived at the Ground floor, there was someone who assisted me and guide me to the lobby for check-in. I was asked to sit down and have a drink while waiting for the check-in process to complete. Customer experience manager Marty Fanelli came to welcome me and made sure all my doubts were answered. As an Accor platinum member, I was upgraded to a suite room and I was very surprised because other hotels would just upgrade one category up. The room was so clean and modern with a nicely written card by the customer experience manager Marty Fanelli. The view from the balcony was great! The rooftop bar is also awesome when I went for my complimentary drinks. Location of this hotel is great facing the Mekong River. The breakfast was simple and good with noodles served with a row of condiments. Housekeeping was also very accommodating when I had extra requests and everyone was so smiley and hospitable. Upon check-out, Marty accompanied me throughout the whole process and sent me down to my Grab car. Wonderful experience and this will definitely be the hotel of my choice when I'm back here! Merci beaucoup!!

The hotel is like no other hotels we have seen before. The hotel is the epitome of minimalism. The lobby and reception floor have a very fashionable// millennial theme to it and the rooms are also very avantgarde. The 24 hour cafe is also a life saver after you've come back from touring the city! We specifically loved the breakfast here, there were a lot of items to choose from and the pastries were to die for! The view colonial buildings and Wat Phnom from the rooftop restaurant was also something we loved.
A special shout out to the staff who take extra care of even the slightest of issues. We had a consistent beeping sound in our room, which turned out be a faulty AC sensor. They changed our room immediately. Also during this I had forgotten my sunglasses which were promptly returned to me when I realised and called them the next day. Special thanks Ming, Chamnan and Sey! you guys are amazing!

This was an excellent hotel to stay in. It is centrally located, and within walking distance of some of the sights of Phnom Penh, such as Wat Phnom Daun Penh. The curtains in the room had been kept closed before my arrival, helping to keep the temperature in the room down. I was provided with an upgraded room with balcony on arrival.
Dressing gowns, slippers, a kettle, nespresso machine and bottled water are provided in the room. The room is spacious, there is a comfortable bed and the couch is comfortable to spread out on.
There is a good choice on the breakfast menu, and breakfast was served promptly in Hemisphere Restaurant.
The staff were all proficient in English. There is 24 hour security at the hotel. Reception staff were helpful and were happy to organise a taxi to the airport for me on departure. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is new and that is always very nice. The young staff is learning but is realy very friendly and professional.
There are several touristic sites and restaurants close by the hotel.
Als a member of ALL Accor I felt welcome and was wel taken care of.
The only minus are the windows. They are not soundproof at all. For a hotel that has design as one of his major points, I don't understand why they installed such bad windows. The sound was very anoying at night. In the hallway there was even an open space between the glass door the rest of the window and the wall. Also the rooms should be checked for designer details. (warm water on the right instead of the left, heavy curtains on the outside).

Stayed for 3 nights at Tribe Phnom Penh. Booked directly on Accor's website, but there seems to be some challenges to find my reservation initially. Was attended to by Salomon who was.
While compact, the room is well designed and is comfortable enough for a 3 night stay. For example - the swing door of the bathroom. Interior design wise, Though there's really too much design and textures in the room, which may be a bit overwhelming for some. Also, there's not much space to work in the room, except at the dresser in front of the bathroom (not really suitable for folks with a bad back). Wld be better of working at the lobby coworking area, or rent a seat at the pay per use coworking facility (rates are not exorbitant)
Other room amenities include capsule coffee (this is good! for a hotel at this price point) and refilled bottled water. Though the bottled water had
Used the gym and swimming pool too. Though compact, the gym is well equipped. however, the gym does look a bit small for a 260 room hotel. Cld be a little crowded when occupancy improves.
Coffee at the lobby cafe is good. especially the charcoal coffee, which is unique to the property. Breakfast got to improve though. There are alacarte options, but was not communicated to the guests. Food quality is acceptable.

I very much enjoyed the vibe at Tribe. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I like that it’s kind of chill , not too formal. My room was compact but spacious enough, and the bed was super comfortable. I especially liked that they had a coffee machine in the room. I usually bring my own shampoo / conditioner when I stay in a hotel, but when I heard that they had Kevin Murphy products, I didn’t have to anymore. Trust me, Kevin Murphy conditioner works even on tuktuk blown hair! I also enjoyed Hemisphere - the rooftop restaurant/ bar. Lovely view of the river, great music, good food and drinks. I recommend the mixed platter and the whisky sour :) Overall, I had a nice, relaxing staycation.

I am not impressed with the hotel as it is a cookie cutter setup going for USD 80 to USD 120 per night before taxes. However, I have to applaud the team of staff working there. You can tell that they are making tremendous effort to provide the best service they can.
I was checked in by Chamnan and if I was a mystery shopper from LQA, she would have hit all the points in the list. Even walked me to the lift to check as there was no guest after me. She did all these even though throughout the process I was only replying mono syllabus to her questions. So much so that I know like if this hotel offered newspapers, she would have asked me for my preference.
You can expect the same from staff of other departments. Extremely sincere and with a lot of heart.
Do look into the aircon system though, it’s not very responsive (Room 1029). Also, front desk needs more speed on check out process but that can be fixed easily with more training or express check out system. Lastly, please include dental kit by default, the rest can remain upon request.
Will I be back? Yes, to see it from very good to great.
