I promise , you need look no further, this Hotel is excellent in every aspect . On arrival you are greeted with a lovely welcoming smile and refreshing cordial. My husband & I stayed in The Royal Suite for 2 perfect weeks while visiting our son & granddaughter .
The Royal Suite, consisted of a lounge with television ,and toilet . The bedroom had a very large comfortable bed with another television and bathroom which included bath & separate large shower (with constant powerful water )
We used all of the facilities starting with
Buffet breakfast serving something for everyone only problem was trying to decide what to eat as such a lovely choice .
Swimming Pool crystal clear and not too deep perfect for relaxing and chilling after time outside this perfect haven.
Our evenings started with one or two Cocktails then making yet more difficult decisions on our meal for the evening (priced very reasonably ) either staying in The Sky Bar or moving down to Chantrea Restaurant . Do eat here I assure you won’t be disappointed the food is seriously delicious.
Lastly (I’m not going to name individuals as each and everyone one of the wonderful team go towards the Hotel running as efficiently as it does ) A huge thank you for making our visit one that will hold very fond memories . See you next visit .

Where do I start? Fro mother moment we pulled up there was a guard to help us park out vehicle, checking in was smooth and the natural welcome drink was refreshing. The room, BRAND NEW, and very comfortable…to the bed and taste of the room it was well thought out. I love the HOT shower and COLD a/c that worked wonderfully in-line at many other nice hotels in the city. The staff from the front desk, to the cleaners, restaurant, roof top staff, and reservations very very accommodating and helping. We are also very thankful for their giving us a free room upgrade and decorating our room for our anniversary. The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. We loved our 4 night stay here and will return. Thank you Duong Chan Hotel for a great relaxing time. Come check this place out.

I found the room to be well cleaned and spacious, comfortable with all necessary amenities. It was cleaned and tidied up every day and also provided new bottles of water to drink. Breakfast served on the top floor overlooking the city was always plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory dishes available. There is also a magnificent pool on the top floor where you can cool off and deck chairs where you can relax. Similarly, the bar/restaurant that is open in the evening is prized for its lights and music that create a truly splendid atmosphere. Last honorable mention to the staff, always extremely friendly and ready for anything. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit the city!

I have been staying in Duong Chan Hotel for 4 months. Because of this hotel, i'm having wonderful and comfortable time in Phnom Penh. Hotel is opened last year so room is very new and clean, wifi is fast, shower always have hot water and water pressure is good (some hotels and service apartments in Cambodia are not cheap but wifi is slow, shower don't have hot water and water pressure is low) People who work here are also very nice and kind. Thankyou! The hotel is at BKK1 so it's safe and convenient. I'll definitely stay again!

Arrived from Thailand to a wonderful welcome by the staff at Duong Chan Hotel. We were provided welcome drinks and a porter took our luggage to our room on the 10th floor. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with washing machine and the hotel is within walking distance of many great little eating places. We only had 2 nights but those two nights were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the room very clean! We were able to purchase liquid at the mini mart to wash our clothes in the Samsung washing machine, which saved heaps of money!
The pool area is beautiful, and so is the restaurant, however go early to avoid cold bacon. They offer fresh eggs and soups and a selection of fruit, juice and pastries. We left our daughters camera behind and they sent it express to Siem Reap for us free of charge. The service is top notch and not to be missed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is brand new hotel in a perfect location of business area BKK1 and it is very easy for you to walk and find many option of local restaurants, coffee shops, marts. I paid to experience in Premier Double Room with Balcony for 4 nights there last week.
The room was very big, very clean and sleep quality was very good, the room has working desk and a chair which very convenience for a business traveler like me.
Hotel offered diversity of buffet breakfast and you can order extra such as delicious noodle, eggs etc.. One more thing is do not forget to experience its Sky Bar at evening time to enjoy viewing of capital city Phnom Penh.
The hotel staff is so friendly, every time you crossed its lobby area they will smile and greeting you with open to offer further assistance if you need.
I will definitely go there again for my next trip and would strongly recommend this hotel to all travelers either business or leisure purpose.

We stayed here for 2 nights while on a 2 week trip around Cambodia. The hotel itself is relatively new so it is extremely clean.
We had a corner room with a spacious balcony, and a massive, spotless bathroom. The price of the hotel was very reasonable for the stay, given the amenities it has.
The winner of the hotel is definitely the rooftop pool which was super clean and a lovely temperature. We indulged in some poolside cocktails while soaking up the sun and admiring the view. The upstairs restaurant also offers nice food although it may be quiet at times as people tend to go out for dinner as the manager told us.
If you like pizza, we would recommend the lovely restaurant across the road Penh 278 which also does Western fare such as lamb shanks.
If I was to give advice to this hotel to elevate to 5/5...work on the spa, we got facials and manicures which was a very rushed experience. Sheet masks which you could get in a pharmacy and nails smudged before we left the place. They gave us a small discount to compensate but I would have preferred a higher quality experience. The treatment room is also very loud so some music would go a long way!

This hotel had everything we wanted. Amazing views with balconies if you want. We could see all the way to the Meekong River which was only a 3 dollar tuk tuk ride away. We went to the night Market which had live singers and was very sweet. We took a River cruise for 5 dollars and took in some amazing views of which seeing the Royal Palace was very special. We actually went to this hotel twice. So, when we arrived for 3 nights before we went down to the island's to spend time with friends.. Mr Kot was so lovely he said when you come back he can offer us an even higher room with even better views which we jumped on. Amazing hotel very centrally located near so many bars and places to eat. Actually whilst at the brilliant roof top swimming pool we ate some amazing dishes with no need to go out which gave us more pool time. This sky bar was so cool and again amazing views. The drinks were better priced than outside and the bar staff were so accommodating with letting us choose music that we wanted to hear. One of the bar staff named Lik was truly a legend who went out of his way to provide us with anything we wanted including tunes from Bob marley and all we asked for. He should be promoted to Bar manager and given a pay rise as he has the skills to be entertaining, accommodating with great English. He was very attentive and was just brilliant. Overall we would truly put this hotel as one of the best we've been to. The rooms were truly comfortable with 60 inch smart TV which whilst getting ready for a night out would listen to you tube classic songs that we wanted. The bathrooms were so spacious and the shower was so big with massive over head shower heads Ladles and Gentlemen if you go to phnom Penh you have to stay at Duong Chan hotel.. Amazing beautiful hotel 10 out of 10 in every department

Been in Phnom Penh many times, but first time in this hotel I stayed in the Superior Double Room (City View). Room was relatively spacious, with all the typical amenities provided. Bed was very comfortable (this is a plus for Phnom Penh hotels!). Wifi was fast and stable, very suitable for work. Breakfast was also nice and ample to start the day with. In terms of location, the hotel is in the BKK area, so easy access to many food places, cafes, restaurants etc. Within walking distance, you can already get a range of cuisines (all clean, from cafes, restaurants, eateries... not on the street), if you are not fussy. Definately recommended for tourists and business travelers.

The Duong Chan hotel is an excellent choice in the BKK 1 neighborhood of Phnom Penh. The hotel has a sophisticated and tasteful design that combines Khmer elements with a modern aesthetic. The hotel is relatively new so all the facilities are in great shape... Breakfast was plentiful and served in the bright top floor restaurant space. Best of all the staff made our stay memorable. Front desk, restaurant staff and housecleaning all offered professional service with a personal touch. We stayed a week here and appreciated the recognition and friendliness of everyone. Special thanks to management for helping sort out our visa extension. They went out of their way to deliver the documents.
