From the entrance we were greeted with super polite staff, once we entered the room we were amazed by how nice minimalistic it looks. Pool sound outside our balcony helped us sleep so nicely. Bed was super comfortable and pillows perfectly fluffed :) honestly ( we tryed 5 hotels while we were in Cambodia and this one was by far the best bed ) Gym is cool but nothing too big, good for sweating, but pool and jacuzzi are amazing for morning swim, its not loud at all during anytime of the day in the hallways or hotel in general so you can take a nice nap. Massage Is sooooooooo good, deff do that while ur there. Morning breakfast was included and it was half buffet half you can order eggs and so on, and it was Epic, we were looking forward to bfast every morning :) We will deff be back here and i cant say enough of good words about this hotel. Price deff justifies the experience. Location is amazing, close to anything and everything ( about 30-40 min from the airport tho but thats fine ). 10 min walk to all the restoraunts, caffees and stuff around the street, also super safe area if you wanna walk and explore at night as well. Hope this review helps in deciding would you stay here or not :) , me and my wife loved it

We chose this hotel after eating in the Thai restaurant located on the 6th floor on a prior trip. It's a little more expensive than the hotels where I usually stay in PP but I still felt it was good value relatively speaking. The hotel feels very new with a sleek interior featuring variations of white, gray and black. We had a standard twin room which was very clean and comfortable. Aircon is central and worked great. Lots of staff on hand so easy to get help if needed. Breakfast buffet and a la carte was included and there was plenty of choice. Many interesting restaurants around within easy walking distance. Safe part of town.

Such a best hotel in Cambodia. Me and my boyfriend have no idea that we would be stay at the great place like that, breakfast are so good we got 15minutes free complimentary massage at the spa and all the products are a little bit expensive than Thailand but good use. This hotel literally checks all boxes without emptying your wallet. Location is perfect, design is splendid, service is lovely and efficient. Asian and Western cuisine choices to please all, their rooftop bar is very pleasant for a couple drinks before heading out. The rooms as well thought, plenty of space, bed super comfy.
The plunge pool room on the G floor are a little more expensive but so worth the extra dollar if you like privacy and extra space. A little cocoon in the city. nice for family but also for staycation or business trips. Everyone would love it here.

Hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS, with stunning architecture and gardens everywhere you look. The interior decor as well is absolutely gorgeous. Location is very central and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Staff are really lovely and friendly.
Breakfast is really simple and lacking dishes/quality for a 4-star hotel. Much better to just go out of the hotel and eat really beautiful breakfast dishes for 3-5 USD. SO MUCH NOISE. Had a city view room, was only option I could book to get the spa treatment since problem with website booking, and of course there is a huge amount of construction happening opposite (directly in front of first floor rooms), starting at 7:00 am in the morning on the first night I stayed, 11:30 pm at night on second night.... plus you can hear everything from surrounding buildings, the streets (people talking, cars passing, drilling) and even from the hallways of the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper, would definitely skip. Also lots of people doing photoshoots and what not, that is also very noisy.
Spa was beautiful, treatments overpriced. Technicians do not check the paperwork you fill out, so even if you ask for something specific, they ignore and just do their own routine. For 60 USD spa in Cambodia, you'd hope they'd pay attention and not injure you, but oh well (and I tried 2 different treatments to be sure!)
Overall, hotel is super gorgeous, great to take photos for instagram or to spend the day at the pool, but give it a skip for an overnight stay unless you're a heavy sleeper. I really loved the location and the look but just not worth the price to listen to construction and get so-so spa treatments.

Stayed at Baitong whilst in Phnom Penh for a long weekend. It’s clean, has very friendly and helpful service. The rooms are spacious and have very cool bathrooms. The hotel has two pools, one a ‘jungle’ pool which is shaded and perfect for hiding from the extreme heat and sun in the middle of the day, and one on the roof which is perfect for sun bathing and chilling. There is also a very fun rooftop bar. Baitong is located in a part of the city that is full of good bars, cafes and restaurants. It has a spa that offers all of the usual massage therapies. The only criticism I would have is that the breakfast is some way off other hotels, they need better coffee, pastries and more healthy cereals, granola etc. We will almost certainly return. Recommended.

We been returning here many time, All staff very friendly they take good care from A-Z your need during stay. Rooms are stunning, amazing bath amenities variety. My husband and I love drinking coffee, and you know what, Housekeeping team always prepare more coffee in our room every time we visit without we ask for. (Knowing from the heart!). We just celebrated our 6 month wedding celebration at Baitong. The staff bent over backwards to make it a very enjoyable stay - for a small amount extra they put flowers, balloons, a cake and other decorations in the room so my wife had a great surprise.
The room was immaculate, quiet and clean as always, and we loved relaxing at the bar upstairs in the evening. We loved the soft pillows in the room.
The buffet breakfast was incredible value and a wonderful place to relax surrounded by tall windows and a view of trees just outside. The food was great and the staff very friendly. They even made me a latte!
Then we discovered that the room comes with Netflix - the first time I’ve experienced that in a hotel setting.
So I want to thank all of the friendly staff at the Baitong hotel. You helped make our 6 month anniversary memorable and relaxing. We look forward to our next visit!

We stayed here between Jan 30- Feb 1st and honestly after all the reviews I was a tad bit dissapointed. There are no vegetarian options to order food from their restaurant. So we had to look at restaurants nearby to get food from. And when we asked for cutlery from the hotel restaurant we were given small starter plates and the person who delivered it just left in a huff saying he was running late to get home. We were given spa vouchers for complimentary massages but both day's that we were there when we called the spa they said they were full. However when I called them for a paid massage, suddenly they had free slots.

I was impressed by two major points about this property. First is the convenience. Restaurants and shops are accessible within the area. Phnom Penh's BKK1 is popular for the variety of local and international cuisines and restaurants which makes the location very accessible. A Parisian cafe + bakery called Cafe Kayser is also available at the ground floor, which is great! The second point is the overall look and feel that the hotel has to offer. The details of the room is meticulously conceptualized, thus bringing to life their mantra -- Intimate Oasis.

Our hotel is situated in BKK1 neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants and bar around us.
The Riverside Night market can be reached in around 10-15 minutes by tuktuk, depending on traffic.
For night activities, a 5 minutes tuktuk ride will take you to Bassac Lane, a little street full of bars and restaurants.
