Breakfast sucks. Room was not always cleaned and was often not cleaned well. Elevator was slow. Room was, however big and clean. Location was just so so. I guess that is what you get for the price I paid.
Also supposed king sized bed was two smaller beds pushed together.

A friend advised us this hotel, as she has been before on their rooftop for a drink and diner, a nice experience apparently. Bad luck for us, the hotel moved (yes moved) to a new location since a couple of month. So its under construction now, no more swimming pool, no more gym, no more rooftop, no more food, no more anything even service. The room was really dirty, small, and the window has a wall 50cm in front. The best was when they told us to go to the 8th floor for our included breakfast, and I arrived in an empty huge space where I have to shout for finally someone bring me 3 takeaway styrofoam container with 2 disgusting fried instant noodles inside and half a dragon fruit, this for a family of 4 !!!
After shouting at the unhelpful people at the reception, they finally told us that the Chineese boss doesn't care and give them the directive to do the minimum, or even less to save cost. At the end we had a discount on the night price, but it was even too much for this hotel that not worst more than $15 a night...
Its our worst experience in Cambodia, and I'm living here since 9 years now.

Place there initially for 2 nights then was told we had to stay 2 weeks due to a positive case on the flight, not even sure if that was the case the hotel receptionist just smiled when he announced it.
The room is dirty, when asked for the cleaning the cleaner asked for money! It was still dirty by my standards after she cleaned. The bath mat was old grey, torn and sheets were yellow with age, that I can cope with but black dirty on the surface areas is not acceptable. In the end I had to clean the room myself.
You have to request for clean towels and toilet paper.
We were supposed to have 3 meals per day they forgot breakfast the first 2 days. Then food came at strange time earlier each time in the end: Breakfast @ 06:30, Lunch @ 11:00, Dinner @ 16:30.
It was poor quality food and just warm, lunch was probably delivered same time as lunch as it was almost cold. The food rubbish is left outside each door and by the elevators with cats wondering around at night scattering rubbish around.
This is the worst experience ever. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

The hotel is less than to be desired. To be honest it pretty horrible. The receptionist are nice but have no clue what is going on. The room was small and the water pressure in the bathroom is weak. The breakfast on the 8th floor is a complete joke. The breakfast options are disgusting fried instant noodles, rice, a vegetable, watermelon, and dragon fruit. I wouldn't pay more than $25 to stay here and even that is questionable with the other option available.

We stayed here for 2 nights, very comfortable stay for this duration!
Staff were really friendly and helpful during stay, rooms were clean, comfy bed and decent sized bathroom.

Stayed for 4 nights and overall it was good. Staff were decent and the room layout is good. Quiet and strong AC and location is good. Food was a let down though. Breakfast selection isn’t great other than the omelette station. Ordered food from the restaurant on our last night and waited 2 hours for 2 club sandwiches. Complained twice and when it arrived the chips were stone cold. Bit of a shame as we enjoyed our stay. Would have given 3.5 if I could.

+1
We stayed for 3 nights in late July.
Must admit the pictures on the booking sites do look much better! Having said that the rooms are good. Comfortable bed and spacious.
Breakfast was alright it's limited but at least there is plenty fresh fruits!
Would recommend if you want a place in the city as it's close to coffee shops, the sorya mall, and restaurants.

The Internet pictures you see of the hotel are not exactly what you will find. The location is good but the hotel itself has seen better days. The rooms are old and very average. The bathrooms are small. The breakfast was also very average. It was enough to go once and not again.
