Modern, clean and comfortable. Love the full length windows, beddings, quiet room, good service, view from the gym and amazing breakfast (it had chilli padi and fried onion oil haha). I avoid big hotels that work with big tour groups and Lumiere is a cosy boutique hotel that’s good for couples and friends. No pool (smart idea) but jacuzzi for soaking. Try the French restaurant Khema Pasteur at Arunreas Hotel just 4 minutes walk away. I took 1 star off because some machines in the gym needed repair and treadmill needed logging into Facebook but I couldn’t and I also found it invasive of privacy. Also I needed to verify I was not a robot quite often when I used google on its wifi.

I've checked in on 16th July after 4pm and met up with the receptionist that informed me the type of room that I had confirmed was full..... but they will upgrade me to a superior room without additional charges. Indeed Capri by Frasers was entirely a fresh and new look especially the hotel lobby now look mire artistic. brighter and spacious. It's more welcoming now. My room I rated it an A. The bed and pillows was of superior quality and felt just right! I specially loved the toiletries that feel and look up market. Morning breakfast at Capricious served it purposes of a variety of nutritional meals. As my flight was in the evening at 6.25pm. I requested for extension of few hours and was gladly obliged. Thanks Capri! Last but not least. Compliment to all the staffs in Capri for showing your passion and patience! Keep up the good work and I will be back again!

I stayed in the One Executive room and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff is very courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate and assist me in whichever way I needed. The location is not too far from the riverside so tuktuks we're very affordable. Also the room actually got as cold as I needed.

We have booked a deluxe twin room, it is very spacious with all the necessity that we required. kettle, hair dryer, clean towels, fresh bed sheets, all in good condition. Pricing kind of expensive in Phnom Penh.
Staff at front desk are helpful, breakfast variety is good, servers very pleasant and courteous.
some suggestion: the room is very spacious, but there is no luggage rack, would be good to have 2, because it is a twin room and the space allowed for 2.
