me and my friend check in at naga1 and to surprise there is a lot of promotion. we choose $85.00 dollars because we want to stay in naga 1 so accessible to most of their entertainment and restaurants
thank you for telling the promotion mr. Gian of reception desk and also mr. Vannak.
Nagaworld is the most safe to stay including their safety protocols. if you dont have mask they will provide for you upon entering nagaworld and always reminding all guest to wear facemask properly
also sanitizers are scattered all over the place.
and casino side are also having a sitting arrangement for social distancing.
staff are also greetings nicely and properly with a smile.
i recommending to stay here in nagaworld because it safe and protected

Good time here in NagaWorld. We came here as family for dinner our young daughter's birthday, and we were very happy to enjoy our food on 2nd floor restaurant...nice place, well prepared, good environment. Lots of customers came to dine here. Many thanks to Smith from concierge desk who guided us around and recommended this good food with reasonable price for our choice, and we really like it. Naga hotel has everything: restaurant, food court, duty free shops, stage show, and big casino areas.

Greeted by Front Office Manager James and 2 other lovely staff Shirley & Ferth. There is a staff assist me on my luggages & I was offer a complimentary early checkin as soon approaching the reception counter, I was without to raise my request. That is very much impressive service factor. Perhaps the tired eyes giving some clue to the team. I meet the same team again during checkout, and they have assist me with my luggage and also booking car to Phnom Penh airport. Besides, 25th Anniversary room promotion is still on-going. Thus, we manage to book with a good price, staying in a comfortable room and receiving good service standard and never fail accept guests with a warm welcome!! If you are currently working in Sihanoukville, Nagaworld is offering a Weekend Escapade package which I believe is of great value.
It's mainly cater for office working group, where the express bus will be departing from a prominent mall in Sihanoukville around 6pm every Fri, and departing from Phnom Penh around 4pm every Sun back to Sihanoukville.
I took up the package over the last weekend, and these are my experience: departing around 6pm on a big and comfortable air-conditioned express bus, where all seats equipped with massaging function arrived at Nagaworld2 just before midnight and check in is smooth package came with buffet breakfast for Sat and Sun morning, and also buffet dinner on Sat evening Nagaworld also gave a 20% voucher for usage of their 24-hours spa check out time is 3pm on Sun as mentioned, the express bus is schedule to leave Phnom Penh around 4pm on Sun, but I have requested Nagaworld for early trip back to Sihanoukville on personal agenda, which Nagaworld went to extra mile meeting my request
In my opinion, the Weekend Escapade package is of great value: the usual room charges with breakfast for two nights plus the two way transport (e.g. Larryta van; significantly higher if you are taking private taxi) is roughly the package's amount i.e. enjoyed buffet dinner and 20% discount spa voucher
Lastly, would like to thank Mr. Vathanak (Nagaworld's representative and lead on expresss bus) and Mr. Sokun (express bus driver) for a safe and comfortable round trip

I do love the hotel facilities and amenities all are truly deserved to be a luxury 5 Star hotel ever in Phnom Penh. I could share all about my real experience during my 4 days business trip there such a nice cleaned ,comfortable bed which I've never slept . Together I was secured and no concern about Covid 19 Pandemic since every in and out I was instructed to scan temperature check and wear mask and hand sanitizer offer always this is so well implementation by the staff which avoidable from the pandemic
Beyond the most helpful service and hospitable from two gentlemen with the jacket. Particularly I still remember well Mr. Chhung and Mr. Lim both are the great manager, very professional and courteous in every information which I need to know where to eat, what to do in pp i was briefed well from them and just recognized that their English was so well in communication with the guests. I think there is no reason to book another hotel beside of this Naga World 2 for my returning trip
Highly recommend this hotel for everyone who travel for business purpose like me if you need help please approach Lim and Chhung i do believe these two manager can solve and be your good assistant

I chose to stay for 6 nights in Nagaworld hotel during the special Covid-19 pandemic time when I first visited Cambodia. And I was so happy that I made the right decision. The servants are so professional! Every time, I noticed them, they were busy with their job: cleaning, preparing food, waiting for the customer......, everyone with a smile from his/her heart and made me feel like staying at home.The frontdesk services Gian and muffy helped me a lot when I prepared to check out. They focused my concern and put forward initially to extend my stay for one hour and a half. They also helped me take some photos for memorization. Really appreciated! Finally , I would recommend you to try the food here. Due to the Covid-19, only a few affiliated restaurants were open at that time, however,the foods for every restaurant were so delicious and definitely the best I have tried! I will definitely come back in the near future.

Thanks Mr. Tuon Virak he is very friendly and good recommendation and clearly for The Pangea Fusion restaurant at Naga level 1, when i brought my family to have dinner there the place very nice, clean and very hygiene all staffs smile and very good service especially the price not expensive. i never go to Naga before because i thinks in naga very expensive, but when i got some information from Virak, in Naga has many kinds of foods and many restaurants, so i will tell my friends, brothers and sister to eat at Naga. for me i will go again to test more foods because when i saw i want to eat every things.

My first time in Cambodia I met Naga staff Mr. Virak he recommended me about Naga hotel service I try dinner with my wife at restaurants in naga first floor the food is the best and very hygiene and not too expensive all the staffs smile friendly and provided me the best service I feel like my home. Modern living in the heart of PP. Location as superb. Rooms are Posh and super comfortable especially the view was spectacular. Check in and check out with quality service. The Amret Palace bar was one of the best in my personal opinion. The breakfast was serve by beautiful crews with personalized service.
