USD 15 fixed price taxi ride from airport. Nice welcome and drink from Reception Staff. 'Superior Double Room" was adequate with shower door not quite able to contain all the water within! ! Also found the room lighting to be somewhat dark.
Lovely rooftop setting with pool and bar. Music a little loud but drinks competitively priced. We ate up their a couple of times and the food was pretty good quality if a little on the small side. Special mention to the cheerful young lady behind the bar who did everything with a smile on her face.
Breakfast was excellent with a selection of cooked to order hot food and cereals, fruit, bread etc. Coffee machine was also very good.
Location was a little less touristy than anticipated with no real bars / shops / restaurants nearby that we would have felt comfortable in. It is only a few dollars in a tuk tuk to the main tourist attractions however.

I stayed end of January 1 night in Phnom Penh also is the first time trip to Cambodia. We choose hotel close to city, easier for transportation, we using Grab TukTuk and they can pick up in front of hotel with really competitive price. Breakfast was ok, staff helpful even no many staff cant speak english properly, but actually they try to understand and helpful. Reception during check in, has warm welcoming us. For room, is bigger size than my expectation. They have rooftop for swimming pool but not really big and small gym, compare to price you need to pay I think is great!

Our stay here was very good. Large room (803) , clean and good service. The power went out in our room and couldn't be fixed so they moved us to a similar room one floor lower. The location is good - close to everything by tuk tuk, but in the immediate area around it, there isn't very much. The breakfast is one of the best we had in the 2 months travelling Asia. The pool and bar are very nice, and we hung out up there a lot in the hot afternoons. There aren't a lot of loungers, so you need to get there early to score one (typical for Asian hotels). We ate there a few times and the food was excellent except for the Lok Lak. The beef was so tough and grizzly, I couldn't eat it.
The only complaint is there is only one elevator, it is very slow, and there were issues with it. It stopped a couple times while we were on it. When we came to the lobby, there was an "Out of Order sign. It would have been good to have that sign on all the floors so people wouldn't get on! I did mention that to the staff. In general though, I recommend this hotel.

Orussey One hotel & apt is a budget accomodation. The location of the hotel is amidst crowded Lanes of Phnom Penh, about 40mins tuk tuk ride from the airport. Inspite of being the capital city, here majority of the people understand little English, however the hotel staff could communicate decently. The rooms were clean and the had a decent breakfast spread. However housekeeping is not available after 9pm. So when we required water at 10pm one night, we had to go out and search for a store. The river side and Phnom Penh night market is nearby and is about a 7-8 min tuk tuk ride.

My sister and I stayed at Orrusey One hotel for 2 nights and were very pleased. It was as advertised. The family room had 3 beds, a very clean bathroom with a large walk in shower and even an iron and small ironing board. You need to use your room key for the elevator and to turn on lights & air conditioning in your room. The rooftop pool was nice and we had dinner there 1 evening. The area around the hotel is a typical crowded Phnom Penh mixed residential and commercial area. We walked to Central market for the exercise although tuktuks were easily available and staff were surprised we did it.

The rooms may be a bit worn and with a funny interior but the staff is extremely helpful and the skybar offers a nice break from the busy town as the fitness room gives you an opportunity to excersise might be at old machines but they work fine. The breakfast buffet is not overwhelming in size but the taste is exquisite and everything is well prepared i can highly recommend the breakfast buffet.
Overall with room prices for five person for 30-40 usd a night this is good value.

I have traveled for business often to Phnom Penh and this is my favorite place to stay during my trip to Phnom Penh for business for 2 nights in August. Room very clean and comfortable with an amazing city view from the 9th floor.
Very helpful and friendly manager and staff. I like beef noodle breakfast there, room service also available to be ordered.
Try cocktails bar on the 12 floors with an amazing city view if you there.

The room booked was a 'Delux Double City View', but you'll never get one of those from floor 2!
The room was plenty big enough and had the usual - TV, fridge, kettle, safe, iron & ironing board etc.
However, the shower was very 'tired' and I wasn't able to get any hot water over my 4 night stay (although I didn't report it fir it to be fixed either).
There are no USB charging ports either.
If you want to use the gym, it's basically a small room just off the bar area.
When I got there it was raining pretty heavily and there were a couple of buckets around catching the drips!
Location-wise it's not really close to any bars or restaurants of not, although there are a couple of cafés close by (and of course you can get to where you need to be with 3 or 4 dollars in a tuk tuk.
Cost to/from the airport should be about USD $10 each way and the same for the killing fields.

We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Orussey One and were very satisfied with the stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and was very clean. We had one of the corner rooms with a large panoramic window from which there is a good view of the surrounding area. There was aircon, electric kettle and a fridge and it worked. The bathroom was ok with plenty of hot water and a really good shower. The bedding was clean and the bed very good. It is quiet and peaceful here and the place is centrally located in the city. There was wifi that worked well. The breakfast was a buffet and it was excellent. On the top floor you will find the swimming pool with a pool bar serving drinks and food at reasonable prices. It has been a pleasure to stay here and all in all we definitely recommend this hotel.

A clean, comfortable and congenial hotel close to Orussey market and not far from other tourist sights, although most require a tuktuk ride.
The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient, especially Sousdey and Srey Noch.
The breakfast buffet includes a wide range of western and Asian options, and the Restaurant Manager, Mr Bun Hong, is attentive, thorough and maintains high standards.
Orussey One is good value and definitely worth considering for a stay in Phnom Penh.

Yes some rooms do, have stayed in the suite ($50 ish) dollars a night and the VIP suite ($60) a night , both had very large bathtubs with nice, hot water . A bathtub was on my list of priorities, Orrusey one did not dissapaoint 😁😁😁😁 enjoy
