The property has a perfect location where I could reach the local market, night market, pubs, bus station and the beautiful river within 5mn walk. The room was very cozy and comfortable pillows. The buffet breakfast was delicious and a good portion. I loved the fantastic sky bar - all day and night I could see the stunning city of Phnom Penh. Will have to come back again soon!

This hotel is smack in the middle of the riverside and access to good to the top tourist locations and is a good hub for your stay in Phnom Penh.

I would put the rating of the hotel on average and don't expect much.

The room I stayed in had no windows so be careful to watch out for that if you're booking and feel claustrophobic.

The rooms are rather dated and the beddings and bath towels had stains and a bit of a smell so they could definitely improve that part. There is also no desk so it's only the bed, a small area for the fridge and closet and a chair to prop your suitcase in.

Otherwise, all in working order and as I mention, don't expect too much and if it's only a place to settle down for the evening, the price and location will win out.

If you want location, this hotel is smack center of all the entertainment venues and restaurants. Just across the street from Riverside promenade and a short walk to the main market. Internet was not that great with many interruptions. Higher floor rooms are a lot less noisy.

1) Still air smell in my room. I put up with it.
2) Aircon vibrating badly if you increase its fan level. It's quite noisy at night. I put up with it.
2) Bartender with very poor customer service attitude. I asked the bartender for a bottle of beer. He replied impassively "no bottle, glass only". Then I asked for the types of beer they are serving? He pointed me to the beer dispensing direction (meaning you go take a look). I drank 1 glass and never returned.
3) This is the worst and I will NOT put up with it. On 14 Jan 20, 9am to 10am plus, my room has no water supply when I was about to bath. I called recep twice and they kept saying "sir, 10min". Then on my 3rd call an hr later, they were totally speechless. Finally I used mineral water to wash my face.
Will never return!!!

Imagine using an elevator when you are in hurry. And it takes 5minutes for you to be able using it. While what you can see is staffs load and unload laundry and garbage. After your turn to use the elevator what you get for bonus is the scent of garbage that was unloading before you.

Room Tip: Avoid using one and only elevator on nearly check out time. It takes patience and pain in the nose.

I would suggest this hotel for folks without family. First it’s in a nice location- pretty central to a lot of things in the city, across from the river (can go on a nice river cruise, run, workout in the morning etc). It’s in a area with a lot of bars so it gets a little noisy at night but it makes it feel like the city and if you’re into the rustling and bustling of the city- I would suggest this hotel. Always easy to find a tuktuk.

Rooms were decent size and clean. Offered all the amenities one would need. Close to little shops to buy water, snacks etc.

First time staying at this hotel along street 130. Location is fantastic with many restaurants and bars around the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are average with simple breakfast served.Worth staying if you are in around this area.

As a highly travelled regular throughout Asia, my expectations are in check. You get what you pay for. HOWEVER, this hotel was a massive disappointment. Apparently due to communication fail, we weren't collected from the bus station (not a biggy, what ever). When we arrived, there was no one in the lobby, no welcome drink (as advertised or paid for) just a rushed and brief summary of the limited hotel facilities. We were basically thrown our room card and vaguely pointed to the lift. The lobby walls are filthy. Then we get to our room. It stinks like urine. The 'clean' quilt cover is spotted with brown stains, the balcony is smothered with bird faeces and is unusable, all ceilings are badly water damaged, the silicon surrounding the basin and shower are black with mould, the toiletries are used, the 'clean' towels are damp, the air con is completely useless and the mini bar is basically empty (I took a photo to ensure we are not charged for drinking phantom beverages!) Given that this hotel is meant to be about 3 years old and owned by an Aussie expat, I am absolutely gobsmacked at the condition of this hotel. Unloved and in rapid decline. Highly disappointed by the misleading reviews of this place. Had I have know how run down and neglected it is, I would never have wasted my time or money. Terrible. The best thing about this hotel is the underpaid and yet completely lovely bar guy and it's location to the river. That's if. 1 out of 10 (for the bar guy only) at best.

I checked in late at night after 24 hours travelling. On first glance the room was fine but on closer inspection the next day it was rather dirty. There were cobwebs in the corner of the rooms and the shower was covered in hair. The next day I asked for it to be cleaned but it didn’t make much of a difference, most of the hair was still there!
The bed was very comfy and I had a view across the city. The views from the rooftop bar are incredible.
Breakfast wasn’t great, lots of tiny flies around the bread but the breakfast staff always seemed happy to help with any requirements.
The location is perfect but a little bit of work needed to get the rating up.

I stay here during my visit in Phnom Penh. First reason I choose this hotel because the location is perfect, right in the heart of Phnom Penh. Everything just in walking distance like Royal Palace, Mekong River, etc. Also we can take tuk-tuk if you feel tired to walk. Tuk-tuk can be book by Grab that you not have to bargain. Many restaurants surrounding, try Mekong River Restaurant open 24/7. Room also spacious (King Size) with cheap price and you get breakfast. Will come back again if I visit Phnom Penh.
