Stayed at this quaint boutique hotel from 27/1/2020 -30/1/2020.Airport transfer was arranged by hotel and we reached the hotel without a hitch. Was very impressed by the hospitality shown and the staff who speak good English. Kent was very helpful in the quick check in and even offered a free upgrade of the room.Since it was still the Tet, Vietnamese new year, we were lucky to have Kent recommended we visit Nyugen Hue where there were beautiful decorations for the Tet, musical performance etc where the locals hang out.
I could watch sunrise over the river from the window of my room but the roof top view of the sunrise was even better .
The breakfast was a good spread of Oriental and western choice of food, different fruits and fruit juices. There afternoon tea was a pleasant treat as well.
The hotel is less than 5 minute's walk to the river promenade, and within walking distance to various places of interest, if one doesn't wish to walk, by car is just a very short distance. Two doors away on the same side of the road are Hum vegetarian restaurant and Spice Bistro. We didn't eat there as they were closed till 30/1/2020.Across the road is circle K mart convenient store and a travel agency. We , however, had the Cu Chi tunnel side trip as well as the water puppet show ticket arranged by the hotel, and were given a pleasant hassle free day trip as well as good seats for the puppet show.
Last but not least,again I attend my appreciation to all the hotel staff, Doris and all others who served at breakfast and tea, Sam,and the cleaning lady, and special thanks to Kent, no request was too small for him. He even helped in buying sweetened lotus kernels!

Silverland Jolie is a great hotel. Clean, quiet seen other reviews stating noisy but we heard nothing good location with very helpful staff. Afternoon tea was a bonus. Tea and coffee available in room. Ate in restaurant as we arrived late for first night and was good.
We were really impressed from the first time we booked a hotel, the staff was enthusiastic, enthusiastic, quick response and did not deny any request from us. Their enthusiasm is in the voice, and it is a professional, considerate and very cultural act. Advice and enthusiasm for customer care is a plus for the friendliness of the staff here. They offer the best room they have available to us even though the room type we book is the lowest standard room type. The hotel is clean, beautiful, fresh, furnished with modern amenities, relaxing and comfortable. We really thank you for having such a great experience here! I would love to come back if I have the opportunity to come to Ho Chi Minh and would recommend you to choose Silverland Jolie Hotel & Spa for your visit to Ho Chi Minh.

Stayed at the Silverland Jolie Hotel & Spa between 24th October - 01st November 2022. The Staff at this Boutique Hotel is what made our stay special. Right from the friendly Staff at the Front Desk / Concierge / Bell Desk to the highly attentive F&B Staff for Breakfast at the Coffee Shop to the Housekeeping Staff preparing Clean Rooms for us each day this Hotel has been a charm. The Room came equipped with a Tea / Coffee Ensemble, 02 Complimentary Bottles of Water each day and an empty Minibar to stack your Supplies. The Bathroom came equipped with Toiletries (Dental Kit, Comb, Shower Cap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel etc...). The Complimentary Breakfast if not extensive was decent enough and provided us sufficient options to start our day with a Hearty Meal. The Hotel is located in close proximity to all Main Attractions / Tourist Spots and travelling to any part of Ho Chi Minh City was mostly a walk away. The only downside being of us not getting a Room with a Window, the only Window that the Room had opened into the Guest Passage. As a Guest staying for 09 Days I would have loved and appreciated a Room facing the Saigon Riverfront or the Road outside at least. Also do note that there is Construction Activity happening adjacent to the Hotel which was disturbing at times. Apart from these minor hiccups I’d highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City on a Leisure / Business visit mainly for its Location & most importantly it's Warm & Friendly Staff.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel, and they acknowledged it was our honeymoon by decorating the room with rose petals on the bed and in the bath, and also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne which was nice of them. We stayed in a suite which was nicely decorated but was a little on the small side, with nowhere to open up suit suitcases or store luggage. Can’t imagine what the regular rooms were like if the suites are that small. The bathroom has a corner bath which you need to step into to have a shower which we felt was a little dated. On our first night we had to request to change rooms as there is a nightclub next door and we were unable to sleep at all due to a thumping base coming through the walls. They dealt with our complaint efficiently and we were given a temporary room overnight and then moved to another room the following morning. Unfortunately the room we moved to was definitely not as nice as our previous room so we did feel a bit shortchanged, but just wanted to get a good nights sleep. This room had even less storage space and we had to literally move the furniture around so that we could access our cases. Breakfast was ok, although the coffee seemed to have a chocolatey flavour to it. We only managed to get to the afternoon tea once, but it wasn’t very good and there didn’t seem to be enough food to go around. The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop jacuzzi which we were able to enjoy one evening which had a great view over the city. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel unless you intend to be out all night as you cannot guarantee a good nights sleep. Something needs to be done about it, it’s not the hotels fault, but it’s not fair for paying guests who will have to put up with the sound each night.

he staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Our flight arrived early in the morning and they went to great lengths to make our rooms ready before check in time. Whilst waiting, they made us feel really welcome and comfortable in the rooftop bar and pool area, which is excellent and has stunning views over the city and river. The rooms were well insulated from noise and cleaned twice a day, so were always spotless. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with something to suit all tastes. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable stay in a great location in the city for exploring all the sights, made extra special by the amazing staff who provided an impeccable service.

I spent 3 days at Silverland Jolie. This was my first trip to Vietnam, and it will not be my last. The staff at Silverland are incredibly hospitable, helpful, and kind, and their mission is to ensure that the guests are being taken care of. I loved the dry cleaning service; it was so efficient, and three items of clothing were free of charge for the daily wash. The afternoon tea and snacks in the restaurant were the best way to break the day from sightseeing. The location is perfect in my opinion, it is near everything and tucked away so you don't hear the constant street noise. Thank you, Lisa, Chi, and Duyen, for making me feel welcome and safe. The hotel appears with a good score in Agoda. But in reality does not deserve the high score as rooms are too small , smelly and suffocating as rooms don’t have windows or they open in the passage. Price to facility score would be very low. Every alternate building in district 1 would is a hotel like this one Break fast is very basic and the menu is not changed at all. If an item is exhausted during break fast time not always replaced or replenished The staff is cooperative but are helpless The swimming pool and bar on the top floor is a joke There is no room service The entrance has 8 to 10 steps that lead to reception so bit difficult for seniors At the rate that is asked many options with better facilities would be available The advantage is that nearness to practically all tourist places . But that should not be a deciding factor as far better hotels in same rate available in district 2 and others. Taxi service is very good if you factor for traffic

Nice and clean hotel, with friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Good breakfast included in the room charge, and they also have complimentary high tea if you’re around at 3pm. Close to all the right things in District 1 - only 5 minutes walk to the main part of the city, and 15 minutes walk to the market. Some great restaurants only 2 blocks away as well. Jenny was an excellent host and runs a very nice hotel.

Very accommodating stay! The breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea was so good. The location is central, so we had booked other tours who could easily pick us up without a fee. Special thanks to Lisa, Thao, and Ly who were very accommodating in my stay. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable room in a well located hotel. Good to chill out in the pool / jacuzzi on the roof. Lovey breakfast with the bonus of afternoon tea.
Very good service from lovely staff. Nice touch for example was a packed breakfast to take in car to early flight from the airport.
All in all great package and recommended.

we stayed in one of these rooms. the corridor is comunal however the window in the room has one one sided see through. so you can have the view from inside your room , but other guests cannot look inside your room

There is a corridor before you enter your room, you can see through the glass corridor overlook saigon river. You can also catch a glimpe of sunset on the evening as well, and when its need, the blind will be cover to stop the sunlight coming through your room.
There are more places to choose from in the Ho Chi Minh City area.
