The suites are amazing at Oakwood residence Saigon. I had a beautiful 2 BR suite with kitchen, laundry, lounge and 2 very plush bedrooms with ensuites. Full washing machine, tumble dryer and bathroom with a bath as well as separate shower all top specification.

We stayed at Oakwood Residence in Saigon for a few weeks, and I highly recommend it. Very clean and spacious rooms, including kitchen, living room, and large bedrooms / bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the gym and swimming pool on the 5th floor helped us stay active.
The front desk folks (such as Lawson) were very friendly and able to help us with any questions we had. The location is also great for tourists, as it’s a 2 minute walk to the large Vivocity mall next door, which has tons of shops and restaurants. It’s also a 10 minute Grab drive to the Crescent Mall area if you want to grab something easy nearby.
Fantastic hotel overall, highly recommend.

The service is nice and ELf offered to help changing to a non-smoking room which is very considerate. The hotel looks clean and nice, the selected fragrance smells good. The room looks nice and pillow is soft and good for sleeping. Nice hotel in general.

This is a great hotel to stay. It’s worth it. The services are the best, they even searched my phone that I dropped in grab and they found it for me! Also there’s a laundry machine in the hotel, so you don’t need to bring many clothes if you are willing to stay in this hotel.

The staff at Oakwood Residence Saigon are very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. They always ensure that guests are provided with all details about the facility. All rooms are well equipped with the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils giving it a very homely feeling. The location of this property is fantastic ie being close to a shopping centre and also the RMIT university where I lectured. In my books, this is a 5 star property with exceptional prices.

Hard to say with one word. Lets go point by point: The building is locatedstrategically.near by you will have vivocity mall with lotsof restaurants shops supermarket and atms.tge part of tge city is good enough.no crowded noise but i always take the higher flow nay tgats why i was not botgered. AC-works in your room but on tge floor no. In Saigon its always humid so please mind. Tge rooms are really big.i got a flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it was good.living room has tge small kitchen,washing and rinser. Breakfast i would rate 3out of 5. Not all types of food and service is not trained. Guys were nice but still not international standard. No good coffe and even if you buy one from the bar it will be same not "fair".Receptionists are not really helpfull. Laundry services would not recommend. They spoiilt clotfes of my colleague. Generally we spent 60 usd per night higher price than 5 star hotel in Malaysia but the stay was uncomparably worse.

Oakwood has been a fantastic location for my trip. The room, staff and amenities are great. The restaurant attached is okay (seperate business), and do a reasonable breakfast. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Korean district and well worth the 10 min walk. Highly recommend Lee Cho BBQ restaurant - super fresh and tasty (the shrimp is amazing!). Overall a great base. Easy taxi ride to the Universities and even District 1 if you want to explore.

Everytime we visit Ho chi minh city, we stay here.Excellent rooms, family can stay together in the 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, those who want to cook can use the fully equipped kitchen. Mall and convenience store right at the entrance. Pool is excellent. Mr Vignesh the GM makes it a point to meet every guest to ensure everything is good.

I stayed 3 years in Oakwood Residence Saigon. Everything is great, especially staffs. Front desk, house keepers, facility, building cleaning staff... everyone is friendly, earnest, honest, and kind. They all are professional, they solved any issues immediately when I needed help. Staying here was very comfortable even in this pandemic.
