Detailed Reviews
Our small but sufficient room was clean and well presented. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good, but very little vegan or vegetarian options - almost all items have pork. Other than that, definitely recommend, especially for meat eaters :)

We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 and we have mixed opinion about this property. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is located in the heart of District 1 just 200 meters away from the famous Ben Than Market. But I feel the real issue is the room sizes and room maintenance. The rooms are extremely small it feels as if you enter and it's over. Rooms are also not maintained very well, it's little run down in terms of that. In terms of breakfast, they have limited options for Indian vegetarians like Fruits / Bread-Butter / Boiled Corns or beetroots / Curd etc. but staff do take effort to help you figure out which food you can have and which is not for you. Overall service is satisfactory but need to work on the property itself.

Nice hotel however check what room you’re given .. my first room they gave me said it had a window but on the other side of the “window” was boarded up due to neighbouring construction. It took some explaining that even though a window existed - the purpose of seeing the weather and the outlook was missing! My next room was great - really nice outlook and not too noisy. Great location too for walking around and booking tours and food etc. The staff were friendly and good breakfast.

If you are going to Ho Chi Min City Vietnam, never ever dare to stay here. Staff never allow you to be comfortable, all the time, keeps on saying that they would fine if you did this and that, such as if you ate in a room and if food’s smell remained or they found anything dirty, they would fine one million dong, $400, or INR 33000 (app). Even you can’t eat the food if you have brought it from India to their dining hall. How big a heart they have-insted of taking breakfast included in the package, we asked them to pack breakfast for all of us (vegetarians) as we had to complete the tour early. They packed two pieces of bread (no butter or gem), an egg, and a banana. We left it on their table. Most non-cooperative staff have no hospitality.

On arrival we paid the remainder of our
booked room, only to then be told they didn't have that room available and we would be given a different one. We checked the room and it was much smaller, very dirty and was a lot cheaper than what we had just paid for. We argued with staff for an hour asking for the room we paid for or at least a part refund for some money for the lesser room, nothing
worked and ended up giving up and taking
the lesser room considering it was almost
midnight and the reception staff started to ignore us and text on their phones. We got scammed to pay more for a worse room. In the morning we spoke to the manager who said we would be changed rooms, this didn't happen until 1pm that day, room was better but still dirty and the hotel smells. Its a lucky dip if you get warm/hot water in your shower, some guests told us they had no hot water
their whole stay. The halls and lifts smell bad here and staff only sometimes speak English. Bed sheets/pillows are actually dirty with black marks and hairs on them and bathrooms are not cleaned. The photos are a complete lie, the hotel has clearly been remodeled to a lesser version of what is advertised, rooms do not look like photos. Money is not worth the stay. Only stay here if you're prepared to have a disappointing room or get scammed.

Though staff were friendly, our stay at this hotel was less than acceptable, even taking into account it is a 3 star. Our booking stated we were to be given a premium city view room, however we were given a room with a window that had a view of a wall and a bathroom window with metal bars on it. On speaking to reception, they said it was due to that being their last room (so they had clearly overbooked but were hoping we didn’t notice our room wasn’t the one we had paid for). The rooms were old and tired (stains on the walls, wallpaper peeling off and a safe that didn’t work) with rock hard beds. So we said we would pay for a an upgrade to a suite in the hope it would make our stay slightly more pleasant. This room was slightly better though still the same stains on the walls, rock mattress and in need of a deep clean. The final straw for us came when we were about to go to sleep and saw a cockroach on our bedroom wall. On telling reception staff the next morning their only response was “relax and have some breakfast”. Further to this the breakfast is not what I looks like on the pictures either. It is safe to say we moved hotels and would not recommend staying here. Even in a 3 star hotel you expect rooms to be clean and well maintained. This hotel is neither of those things which is a shame as it is in a great location.

We were a couple in a group and recieved a single room with a narrow bed with only one blanquet and one sheet! The staff in the reception could not change to a double room and refused to give us two blanquets and sheets. Breakfast time there was not enough chairs and tables for all hungry guests in the so called restaurant. Avoid this hotel.

Hotel was super clean. Toilet is big. Comfortable bed and cushy sofa on the side. Checking in wasnt any hassle at all. Able to speak English for foreign guests. Best place to shop Ben Thanh Market! Once you go in the morning, you will only go out at night. Best to make customised ladies / men suits costumes. Makeup, fragrance, shoes, kids wear. All! Its a little cramp cause too many shops. Be sure to survey around for price! Dont settle for 1. Stayed near the halal street. Its HEAVEN for muslims ladies buying hijabs. Great prices! And many other muslim products. Hijabs, telekungs for praying.. More for the ladies :) Men just be the Paymaster but they do have songkok for praying men & some sejadah (praying mat). Its very close to the shopping area. A great place to stay in.

The location was excellent. So much to see within a short walking distance and seemed to be great for shopping/food. Arrival was fine, front desk staff friendly. I appreciate the bellman offering to take my bag but when I tried to decline, he persisted. He then took to me to my room and stood there waiting for what I assume was a tip. I was irritated that I didn't want his help in the first place. When I checked out, he just stood there and watched me carry my bag down the stairs. Never a smile, unpleasant. The room was clean, the bed was huge. Looks like 2 full sizes pushed together, a little too firm for me. The water in the shower never got hot. The tv didn't work. I like background noise and didn't need it to be in English, but it never went off the static screen. Breakfast buffet was nice and had quite a selection. Coffee was good. Overall, I don't think I'd stay again despite the good location. Offering assistance is great but please be respectful if it is declined. The rest of the staff I encountered were warm and friendly. Even the front desk guy that I woke up at 4am to check me out. He was still sweet and charming.

The staff was rude. I had reservation for Deluxe premium, but they were giving me normal Deluxe room. The room did not have a wardrobe and the wash basin was outside. Also lots of cockroach in room and in dining area where they serve breakfast. On change of room the staff was rude and said you are a cheater and abused me. Later on upgrade to suite they said first 200k dong per night but had to pay 400K per night. Would not recommend to go here. No manager has yet contacted me for an apologie.

Yes you can leave your luggage before the check in. There is no problem
Yes. There are steps to lobby and only 1 servicing lift.
Yes! Rate is around $127.00
Not sure if the hotel has a room with 3 beds. I suppose having a room with 3 beds may not be a problem because one extra bed can always be accommodated in the roo. Better to check with the hotel or ask them to provide an extra bed in your room , probably with some additional fee.
