Service: Because I had a lot of luggage and my flight was late, I went straight to the hotel and arrived around 12:30, and my room was ready. They let me check in early, gave me welcome tea and Vietnamese snacks (dried prunes), and gave me recommendations on places to go, see, and eat nearby. . I don't think they do business in a coordinated way, but rather help you learn the location by giving you a self-made map. You always smile and greet me, which makes me feel good.
Especially for those who are returning on a late night flight, they allow you to take a shower when you come back after playing in the evening, and even call a taxi if necessary. When I came down from the shower, they gave me some well-packaged snacks so I ate them on the way back.
In particular, I felt reassured because manager Alice took care of me from the first day to the last moment of departure. I was very grateful that they received my KakaoTalk ID and helped me with things the hotel could do while I was traveling, and that they helped me solve the problem even though it was not working hours. (I didn't know you were before work.)
Breakfast: The menu changes slightly every day and you can choose between chicken rice noodles and beef rice noodles. Both are delicious. Eggs were available, including eggs Benedict and omelettes, so I ordered and ate them two or three times. In addition, there is bacon, sausage, soup, and about 6-7 kinds of various dishes, 3 fruit drinks are served every day (the menu changes slightly), pudding, 4-5 kinds of fruit, and other menu items. They are all delicious, so even though I was really tired, I got up in the morning and went to eat them. !
Hygiene: There is no common hair on the blanket and it is very clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is also good. I don't know if it was just the room I stayed in, but the shower head was fixed to the wall, so I couldn't replace the shower head and just used it.
Location: The distance from the Old Quarter is reasonable, so you can enter the downtown area in 5 minutes on foot and get there in almost 15 minutes. There's a nearby bus stop, so it's fun to take a bus to see the city. If you are going to Lotte Mart, you can take the bus, or on a good weather day, it is recommended to walk. In particular, there is a cafe with musical notes drawn on the way, and it is delicious.
Soundproofing: You don't have to stay at a hotel in a downtown area listening to the noise of motorcycles and cars crashing. The noise rang all the time, so if it weren't for soundproofing, it would be noisy even if you went into the hotel to rest. But it's quiet here :)
Everything was perfect and I want to come again next time!

We stayed here for 2 nights and were showered with warmth and friendliness that is unparalleled.
The rooms are small but very lovingly furnished with all the details and necessities for the bedroom and bathroom.
The breakfast buffet is sensational, there is Asian breakfast, Vietnamese noodle soup, sushi, canapés, various egg dishes and real French baguette or croissants. The Vietnamese café is amazing. When I wasn't feeling well, they took great care of me, did everything to make me feel better and even gave me travel plasters for the onward journey the next day. Special thanks go to Anh and Van! But the whole team is incredibly helpful and caring and always tried to make sure that nothing was missing. If I ever go to Hanoi again, I know where I will definitely stay and I will recommend this hotel to other travelers or friends.
Thank you for this unique travel experience!!

My first trip to Vietnam (Hanoi). I went to the front desk without knowing English. I was greeted with a smile, and using a translation app, they kindly and politely explained the hotel and things to be careful about. The room was cleaned well, and the amenities were fine. Two bottles of water were also provided every day, so I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience. The breakfast was also buffet style, and the menu changed every day, so I enjoyed the breakfast for three days.
The return flight was at night, but they arranged for a car to the airport and kept my luggage until departure, so I was able to enjoy the last day. Above all, I was sightseeing during the day and sweated, but they lent me a shower room, so I was really glad that I could go to the airport refreshed.
The location is a little further back, so it is quiet and comfortable at night, and you can walk around to sightsee, so I think the location is good.
The male and female front desk staff were friendly and considerate from the morning, and it was a great trip to Hanoi. I was very satisfied with the souvenirs I received on the way back.
It was a hotel that I would like to visit again next time.

I was surprised at the very beautiful hotel.
The staff is like a top-notch hotel.

Even those of us who only know Japanese were kind enough to converse with us through the translation app, which was very helpful.

I want to study English and Vietnamese and come back.

The breakfast pho and egg dishes were very large and the buffet dishes were delicious.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Train Street and Hoan Kiem Lake, and is a prime location for Old Town tourism.

I came home tired from sightseeing around the area and the large bed where I could sleep well was also comfortable.

You will be asked to leave your luggage after Check-out, you will be able to see the surroundings, and you will be able to rent a shower before you leave and head to the airport in a refreshing body.

There was a spa inside the hotel, and when you stay you get a free gel nail service and a 15% discount on the spa price.

Finally, Anna, I am so grateful for your kindness on LINE.

My family and I stayed at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel in Hanoi for a week in August. We had initially booked the Connecting Room as we were 3 adults, but then upgraded to two Trendy Suites during check-in as we wanted more space, considering we were staying for a week. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotlessly clean every single day.

From the moment we checked-in till the time we left Hanoi, Trung Hieu, also known as David (pictured), took such great care of us, providing us the best service we have ever experienced. We had mentioned prior to arrival that we were coming from Sapa, he immediately asked us about our time in Sapa the moment the car doors opened at the hotel. Throughout our time in Hanoi, he provided us with many recommendations, and was always readily available to answer any of our questions or provide assistance through whatsapp, even when he wasn't on shift. He treated us with a lot of kindness and respect, and constantly looked out for my parents who are in their 60s, rushing to the door to help us every single time we returned to the hotel. However, there was one experience that we will forever remember. On one of our nights in Hanoi, we were swindled by a taxi driver who made us pay 480,000 vnd for a meter fare which showed 48,000 vnd. We were left furious and as we entered the hotel we met David and told him about the incident. David then managed to use the CCTV footage to contact the taxi company, got the taxi driver to come back to the hotel, and made him return the 480,000 vnd which we had paid earlier, after which we paid the taxi driver the correct amount of the fare. This was all done in a very short time period, we were indeed left very impressed and we don’t have enough words to thank him for that. He is a gem of a person and we hope he goes far in his career!

The breakfast staff was also extremely helpful every single day. On the first night, we had gone up to the restaurant to check the vegetarian menu (pictured) for breakfast. We had also asked them whether they serve mango and pomelo in the fruit section and they told us that they would note down our request. Every single day after that, once we reached our breakfast table, they would serve us a plate of mango and pomelo, separate from the fruits that were already in the fruit section. The staff would also remember exactly what we had ordered the previous days, including any special requests like no mushroom etc, and would ask us if we would want to have the same dish again. The attention to detail was mind blowing, as the staff would remember even the smallest little things we mentioned in passing. A huge shoutout to all the staff that helped us at breakfast - Lena, Van Le, Hong Luong, Tu.

Overall we had an amazing stay and experience at Bespoke Trendy Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Hanoi.

What can I say about this hotel? From the moment we checked in at this Hanoi Little Boutique Hotel, our family felt truly welcomed. The hotel supervisor, Lena, and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. Lena even shared her WhatsApp number so we could contact her directly if we needed assistance. We actually reached out to her when my wife had an appointment at a beauty salon that appeared to be closed. Lena quickly stepped in and managed to contact the owner—what amazing service!

The room was spacious enough for our family of four, and the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We also appreciated having a separate kitchen area just outside our room. It was a thoughtful design that kept meal smells out of the living space.

The only minor downside was the bathroom, which was a bit small. However, it was clean, fully functional, and didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with a personal touch that made it feel special. On our last day, when my wife stayed behind for a massage, the restaurant supervisor kindly offered a takeaway breakfast for her—a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated.

When it was time to leave, the entire team came out to bid us farewell, which left a lasting impression on all of us.

Thank you, Lena and the wonderful team at this boutique hotel. Though we don’t hold gold or platinum status, your service went above and beyond five-star standards. We can’t wait to return next year!

“A hotel I definitely want to visit again next time”
The location of Bespoke Trendy Hotel is downtown, so it's great to be able to walk around the local market and various tourist attractions. And the staff are so friendly. In particular, I received a lot of help from staff members Lena and David who could speak Korean. There is also a massage shop in the hotel, and the quality was better than other places, so I had it twice, on the first and last day. The breakfast was the best hotel food I've ever had. I was also really grateful that they carried my luggage for free for two days and provided shower facilities so I could take a separate shower after checking out before going to the airport. I can assure you that this is a satisfactory hotel that does not miss anything.

The room we stayed at Bespoke Trendy Hotel was very reasonably priced, clean and very comfortable and we could not fault it at all. Breakfast buffet was delightful with many options to choose from, including a la carte options included for you to order from. If there is one thing I would compliment, it is for their staff's hospitality and in particular, David.

Bespoke Trendy Hotel offers simply one of the best hospitality that I have ever come across in hotels throughout our travels across Asia. From arrival at the airport we arranged to be greeted to the hotel (the rates offered by the hotel was very reasonable) and upon arriving the hotel, the staff took our bags and served us cold pandan tea and some ginger sweets to wait while they checked us in. After checking in, we were greeted by David who was one of the staff working at the front office desk whose job is to ensure all our needs are met during our stay. He gave several local recommendations of things to do and eat and a detailed map. David also listened attentively and asked us questions about the nature of our intended visit. When he found out we were about to be married, he very kindly arranged a special dessert treat to congratulate us! During our stay, we had also wanted to watch the water puppet show and David rung the theatre in advance and reserved us two of the best seats in the house at no additional cost! On our second night, David also kindly upgraded our room as a very kind and sweet gesture. On our departure, David arrived first thing in the morning with additional breakfast for us (young spring rice which was only available in autumn) to add to the breakfast box we were given by the hotel and also a small packet of pandan tea leaves and some ginger sweets to take with us.

David's commitment to ensuring all our needs are met is first class and has made us feel extremely valued and 'at home' during our stay with the hotel.

I would not hesitate to rank this hotel as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It has truly made our visit to Hanoi even more memorable and look forward to returning again in the future.

The hotel's location, service, atmosphere and cleanliness are all very good, and the service staff are considerate. The location is close to the train street and the city, but it's not too noisy, and you don't often hear horns. The price is considered mid-range, about 3-4 stars, but the assistance and services provided are worth the money. , is a good choice for accommodation in downtown Hanoi. The breakfast section is very rich. There are freshly cooked rice noodles (beef and chicken flavors) and various egg dishes (omelette eggs, eggs Benedict, fried eggs, and hard-boiled eggs) to order. There is also a self-service area to choose from. Freshly brewed coffee and tea are definitely a good way to start the day. I highly recommend the service staff Lena, who shows the warm and enthusiastic side of Vietnamese people.

Since I was traveling with my dad, there were a lot of things to take care of, but one of the most important things was accommodation!
Not noisy alley (but no risk even late at night) + Close to all tourist attractions on foot (between 5 and 15 minutes) + High-quality room condition!! I really like it!!

My family of four didn't want to be in one room, but I didn't want to have to stay in separate rooms, so we booked a connecting room and stayed on the 7th floor. The water pressure was good and each single bed was comfortable! When I left, they always cleaned it up and it felt like I was living in a new room every day. haha~
What's a bit disappointing is that the 8th floor is the breakfast area, so you hear the sound of chairs being dragged in the morning..? I could hear it a little, but it wasn't enough to bother me😀
And important breakfast!! It's a little small so I guess there's not much to eat..? I tried it, but what..... I ate a lot for two days and was very happy with my trip. When I sat down, I chose a drink and an egg dish, and I tried them all one by one, but the boiled egg was so moist and delicious. ^^
The omelette and eggs benedict are also really delicious haha, be sure to try it.

And all the hotel staff here are so very kind 👏 👏👏
I can see that they work with pride, so they are really cool people haha👍
In particular, I received a lot of help from Lena, an employee who is optimized for Koreans. Haha, I guess she's Korean👍Thank you so, so much!❤️

I was very thankful for the breakfast prepared on the day of the tour, the hotel's free manicure service (I really like it ^^), and the pre-flight shower space rental service🥰
Thanks to the hotel staff, the memories of Hanoi, our first family overseas trip, are so enjoyable and thankful, and I think they will remain in my memory for a long time~~~ Next time, I will definitely stay again with my husband🫡

Sadly no pool or gym. For us, we caught a cab to the Hanoi Club which allows full day use of Gym and pool and all facilities, sauna, spa and showers for 300,000vnd (roughly $18 AU per person). We even ate lunch there and it was lovely. We were happy to do this - it suited us and we found it a reasonable price. But this may not suit everyone.

We paid for the transfer service through the hotel. It cost $38 USD for the two ways. It took about 30-40 mins which I think would be about what most trips would take to get you to the Old Quarter. When we arrived at the airport it was crazy busy, I was relieved to be met and escorted to our car. As it was our first stop in Vietnam I think I would have found getting a taxi by myself really overwhelming.
