Does the hotel sell tourist sim cards? If so, how does it cost for a sim with a validity for 1 week and 2-3 gb data?

I don't know if they sell sim cards, we used the free Wi-fi for our texting through I-phone messaging, which was free. For phone we used Telstra Australia $10 per day international unlimited calls & text only charged when activated (3 times in 16 days total cost $30)

Does the standard room have bathtub in it?

Yes. All our rooms have bathtub.

Can I pay with my MasterCard on arrival at the hotel ( I have a booking secured on the hotel's own website)? Thank you.

Recommended to pay cash either in VND or USD upon arrival as there is a 3% charge by the bank if you pay via card.

Hi, Can I know how to go to your hotel from Hanoi Airport ?

In order to avoid any issues on the way from the airport to hotel, such as being overcharged or taken to a wrong hotel etc., We would be pleased to provide our private car @18usd/ 4 seat car one way, including all tolls (Pick up fee may be paid to our hotel upon your check out). can we have 4 adults and 1 child 4 years old and what price

We stayed in a room with two double beds, so with a cot, which the room was big enough to have, I assume 4 adults and a child could stay. The cost was very reasonable and it included breakfast.
