Both of them are really cute and delicate girls, but they gave a thorough massage and my boyfriend was able to fully experience the massage. I go to many massage places in Japan, but this one is very clean and of high quality, and I was impressed that I could get such a massage at this price. If you're going to get a massage in the old town, I definitely recommend this place!

Clean rooms - friendly very accommodating staff at desk restaurant and spa - spa massage was great and inexpensive. Tracey front desk manager was so friendly and asked if I needed anything or help with anything. The location is at the end of beer street. It’s loud and busy I loved looking out my window at all the activity and didn’t mind noise (white noise app was great) when I returned after a day excursion I got a room in the back and it was quiet

Excellent hotel in a central location. Situated very close to Pub Street this hotel is very quiet inside and peaceful. Our room was perfect for us with a huge comfy bed. Very clean bathroom and great shower. Breakfast offered lots of choice, from Pho to fried eggs, pastries and fresh fruit. The best thing about the hotel are the staff who are all extremely professional and polite. Emma at breakfast was especially lovely. The hotel should be very proud of them, they do a great job!

Mina can learn from MK boutique just down the street. The management has not focused on customer care. The hotel has amenities but not in pleasant environment. The staff is nice depending on who you get but not customer centric. We forgot our DND sign on and our room was not cleaned. So at 7pm when we returned we just asked for a refresh towels, take out garbage and just freshen the room but that was a big ask and nobody could do it. We got the towel in the room and upon asking the garbage taken out. Then we used the spa for foot massage. The service was fine but as we are changing the ladies did not close the door and stood there waiting with their back to us and immediately came in and said was the service Ok so give us a tip. No attempt to give us water or hot tea. They hovered till we changed and while we were planning on tipping this was a bit too aggressive. A sign for customers to tip or nudge them saying something like we appreciate all our customers but a tip is greatly appreciated should do the trick. The hotel management really can learn on how to incent their employees.

This is not what its name implies. This is is not a spa or luxury hotel of any sort. It is a cramped hole in the wall in the heart of a busy st, There is a street faire that happens here, right outside the hotel in the weekends until 10:30 pm & good heavens ….the noise level is unbelievably loud & jarring in the rooms closer to the st. When we requested to change the rooms, they refused & wanted more money. Could not control AC unit in our room. Had to request staff several times. Rooms & bathroom were cramped- no room to spread out suitcases & rooms are not so clean either. The breakfast was not bad.
Avoid this hotel & find a different one.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my cousin. The experience was lovely! The staff were approachable and friendly. When I requested for extra towel for use, the personnel had one immediately sent to our room. Car transfers to airport was also a breeze to set up with the staff. The spa was amazing too (relaxing, I liked the tea a lot). Breakfast buffet was good, it was of Western cuisine as far as I can remember (sausages/egg/bacon/bread/fruits).
What really struck me the most was that the staff prepared a breakfast pack for me (I had to leave the hotel at 4:30AM to catch my early flight). I found that thoughtful from them! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
The hotel is adjacent to Beer Street (night bars) and so if you enjoy drinking and having fun, this is a great hotel for you for convenience!

The staffs are very helpful, you can email or whatsapp them personally, Mr Lam Dao answered all of our whatsapp question before we even fly to vietnam, replying us even on non working hours. Ms Gam Pham, assisted us with all the airport transfer and booking arrangement via email. Everything was done promptly. The reception staffs are also splendid, giving us tips on good food and places to with good foreign currency exchange rate. The hotel is right at the door step of beer street, location is at the very centre of Old Quater. Everything you need is walking distance away and the rooms are quiet even though it is at such a busy location.

Pros: Sky bar and cocktails was great
If you are into going to beer st then its the perfect location as it is down the far end of the street
Staff were very efficient
Cons: Breakfast was minimal/basic and very small room with only a few tables.
We had specifically ordered 2 single beds and received a double and a fold out bed for my 6 foot daughter that was hard as a rock and completely unsuitable for an adult. She couldn't sleep in it. Luckily we were only there for 1 night otherwise we would have checked out
Worse thing was air conditioning was controlled by the hotel and could not be altered.
No minibar, just water
I don't think we got the room we chose it was very basic.
Very underwhelmed. Looked nicer in photos.

This is a great hotel for the price. It’s clean and relatively quiet, it’s got a bit of character, it’s in a convenient location, the staff are helpful – and the price was very reasonable indeed. Breakfast significantly exceeded my expectations considering the low cost (though there wasn’t a lot of seating, so I’d turn up early). The spa was great – lovely massage for, again, a very low price. We were only there for a night, but I’d happily have chosen it as a base for exploring Hanoi.
