staff are very friendly also room is great what more break first is great i wil come back agin if yoy look for good hotel i suggest u come to here and stay.workings STREET and from Hotel to the lake very early

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a nice place. There are alots of souvenirs shops and restaurants nearby. Every staffs in hotel are really nice amd friendly. They always help us for everything we need. Pho beside hotel is really good.

Stay at this hotel 3days,is comfortable and clear but room,staff is helpful and nice,great location to all Tourist attraction,by walking will reach,night life is near at hotel.i will be return to here again once visit to hanoi

Nope I don't think so as I send the money and passport to the front counter which is safe kept by the owner. We did for 2 nights and it's safe.
