My wife and I had a truly fantastic stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. We had a 3 night stay then returned for 1 night after a 3 day Halong Bay cruise, our luggage was taken into a secure room until our return. The hotel its spotless throughout, we had 2 different rooms and both were great the location is fantastic with food street and train street within 10 mins walk, the centre or old quarter 15 mins walk once you got you bearings, breakfast was again a joy, very relaxed and a great choice of Vietnamese foods as well as western, the breakfast staff were charming and gave advice on all the Vietnam breakfast choices, the coffee was the best I had at any hotel on this trip. The front desk again were charming, very helpful with which way to walk, how to get across the road and really useful travel information, a great front desk, good banter and laughs. If you’re looking for a hotel it’s here, you won’t regret this gem.

By far one of the most pleasant hotels that I’ve stayed at throughout my travels.
We were greeted so nicely upon our arrival. The doorman opened the door for us and insisted on carrying our luggage into the hotel lobby. Before ever checking in, the staff treated us to a cool washcloth to freshen up, tea and Vietnamese candy while they prepared us for check in.
They insisted on bringing our luggage up to our room while another member of the staff escorted us to our room. Our room though beautiful, was a bit small for us and we offered to pay extra for a larger room. They’re response, “your comfort is most important to us, and moved us to a larger room at no charge.
The staff has been some of the most accommodating staff that I’ve encountered. They helped us with directions, suggestions, arranging taxis, rides to/from the airport and even made dinner reservations for us at various restaurants in the city.
Tea time and happy hour was offered every day, and we were never left disappointed. Breakfast was also included every morning. The food was fantastic and the selection and variety is sure to please everyone.
The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, shopping and tourist spots. Most everything is walking distance from this hotel.
If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We stayed in the Acoustic Hotel this month as part of our honeymoon in Vietnam and really enjoyed our stay. We had two different rooms as we stayed for one night before heading to Halong Bay, then stayed for another few nights. Both rooms were modern and clean. The first room was slightly smaller than we expected but ideal for one night, the second room was quite large and we appreciated the space as we stayed for more nights. The great thing was that the hotel were so accommodating and let us leave most of our luggage with them while we were out at Halong Bay!
The facilities in this hotel are great - tourist desk, skybar with great views and lovely breakfast.
Staff are absolutely excellent, so helpful! They gave us directions to places we wanted to go and were so friendly at all times!
The hotel location is on the edge of the centre of Hanoi, most places of interest are within a 10-15 min walk or a short Grab ride. The great thing about the location is that it is away from most of the madness in central Hanoi and that means it's quiet for sleeping! There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars located close by and Train Street is only a 5 min walk away.
If we were returning to Hanoi we'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed here 3d/2n, upon arrival, we were greeted well by the hotel staff and feel so warm. All staff put a smiley face and well spoken in English. The hotel have comtemporary and soothing interior design.
The hotel room was very clean with cosy bed although the room space is a little bit too small and noisy as the room sound proof wall was poor. We can hear people talking, close door outside our room and pulling chair as our room is just below the restaurant.
For location wise, this hotel is located near to the hoen kiem lake, night Market and nearby cafe and restaurant. Easily reach via walking.
Overall our stay here was pleasant because the staff here make us feel so good and welcome. They are all well trained. Recommended hotel as the room price is acceptable with inclus of breakfast.

From the moment we booked this hotel the fantastic service began. They made contact immediately enquiring about our needs, transport, visas, daytrips etc. They had our visas done within a day and charged $18 which was cheaper than alot of online vendors I looked at.
The staff were exceptional in providing service, on where to eat, how to navigate the streets and just greeting us with a warm smile no matter the time of day.
We had other arrangements with over night trips which would make travelling with our bags very difficult. The hotel allowed us to keep our bags until our return. Our flight out a couple of days later was in the early hours of the morning so the management staff allowed us to return to the hotel to leave our bags again while doing our last errands and offered us a place to rest and refresh ourselves before taking our flight out of the country.
It is a central location to both the old quarter and french quarter. The rooms are as advertised but is a bit dated.
A special mention needs to go out to Justin:
Justin was an amazing liaison at the hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. He honestly made us feel as if we were the only guests in the hotel.
This hotel is highly recommended for its excellent service and customer care.
The staff were exceptional in providing service, on where to eat, how to navigate the streets and just greeting us with a warm smile no matter the time of day.

We booked this hotel based on great reviews on trip advisor and were so glad we did. This is a classy boutique style hotel. The decor throughout was beautiful. All the staff were first class and totally customer focussed, the hotel is conveniently located in the old part of the city. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices to have. We also ate there two nights, most people tend to eat away from the hotel they are staying in but they should try eating in the hotel at least one night, the quality of the food is excellent and not expensive at all and they have happy hours for your drink choices. Great stay and great value.

What an amazing place to stay in Hanoi. The staff provided outstanding service “we never felt more welcomed in our many years of travel The location was great as we walked to all the sites. The breakfast each morning was “over the top “ rating it 5 stars, the rooms were extremely clean and the rooftop bar with beautiful views was an added bonus. Our family loved our stay here.

This hotel was exactly as the pictures had shown it and more. The location was great for us. It put us within an easy 15 min walk for most places. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. The room we stayed in was big enough that you didn't feel cramped. When we had our cruise cancel on us the night before, the front desk staff went above to help us find an alternative for the next day. Don't pass this one up.

We had a perfect stay at the Acoustic. The staff are so kind and remember your name from day one. We arrived at 4am and they took us to the spa to sleep until breakfast was served. We sat at breakfast until they had a room ready for check-in. Check-in at 8am was 50% of the room rate which is very fair.
Justin was an amazing manager always smiling and offering suggestions for local cuisine. He surprised us with a honeymoon surprise one evening.
We found the breakfast buffet to be varied and plentiful. You don’t get fresh fruit like that in America. You could also order eggs, omelets, pho daily which was included.
I don’t understand the last fee negative reviews. They are very opposite of our experience.
We used the laundry service which was quick and efficient. Enjoyed the happy hour at the roof top bar. Asked for a splash of passion fruit in our vodka soda and was the best cocktail of the trip so far.
The air conditioner works quickly which was a relief after the temps were still in the 90s one day before December!
The sites of the old quarter are very walkable from the hotel. We did get 30,000 steps most days but never felt the need for public transportation. They send housekeeping to do a quick sweep of the room while you check-out in case you miss anything.
For reference we arrived from New Delhi and had stay at the Leela Palace. The stays were equally enjoyable.
I would highly recommend staying with Justin and his staff.

Airport pick up was $19 for us last month, didn't see any mention of a shuttle bus when we were there. Hope this helps!
Hi..The airport transportation is extra and its not included. We need to opt it and its added to our total bill. There are 2 types of transport. for you opt for a small taxi..but if its 4 you will require a big one.I am sorry I forgot how much I paid,but mine was a big taxi.Hope this answers your question.
