to all the staff thankyou ,you made the start of trip to Vietnam great, quirky hotel rooms are small by western standards but by Vietnamese standards are ok , lift only went to level 7 and we were on level 9 so tight stairs last two levels but we didn't have any problems , rooms were cleaned daily and as all reviews say staff are great . great location in the old quarter, they organised a free tour of old quarter with 2 uni students to show us around(we did give them some dong at the end) it was the highlight of our stay, its all about cultural and language exchange and not to be missed. To Duy (owner/Manager) ,Cherry and Cindy thankyou for every thing, i hope you make it through these troubling times around the world and reopen soon. i would highly recommend staying here

Stayed 4 nights, then returned for a 5th after a few days in Halong Bay. The staff were simply outstanding. Helped with everything from booking day tours, changing phone SIM's and arranging transportation as needed. The location in the Old Quarter could not have been better for us. Amenities are more than adequate (the Vietnamese seem to like their beds firm and towels are distributed sparingly) Highly recommend this hotel.

I can't compliment this hotel enough. From the moment we booked to check out. Awesome staff who couldn't do enough, good enough breakfast, relatively quiet rooms, good conditions. Will be back! They stored our bags while away and gave us tips on places to visit/things to do

This hotel is really nice for the price. It's affordable, clean and comfortable. The location is great in old quarter and walking distance from so many places. The staff are super helpful and accommodating, Cherry and Smith were great on check in with recommendations and advice for nearby places. The breakfast was fantastic as well with a good spread and tasty menu options. We liked it so much that we stayed with them again when we returned from our trip from Ha Long. Would definitely recommend it.

My partner and I booked six nights in a balcony room at Maya Boutique Hotel in January. When we arrived, the room we were shown to didn't have a balcony but the staff were really responsive and moved us to another room right away. The location is very central and, while it can be very noisy outside, the room offers a welcome respite from the craziness. It can get a little loud on the weekends so if you're a light sleeper, maybe bring some earplugs as we did see a lot of pub crawl groups go by late at night over weekends. The breakfast was decent and the staff are super friendly.
