Wonderful hotel In the old quarter and within walking distance to all the sights. Check in was easy and the room was lovely. Basic, but everything you need. The front desk can also arrange tours and airport transfers. Definitely recommend:)

First of all, Daisy is a superhost!
She cares for guests as for her family and helps in every case.
As for the hotel itself: the rooms are very clean. The property is located in the center - but it is quiet,I've never slept so well!
Super comfortable beds, tasty breakfasts and very clean rooms. I highly recommend staying here.

I had less than 24 hours in Hanoi therefore location was crucial.
This place is perfect.
On a quiet little street in the heart of everything which couldn't be more perfect.
Lily is amazing! So so helpful.
Room was perfect with super comfy bed.
So clean and cosy.
Shower was lovely and hot too.
At such a cheap price, insane!!!
What more can you ask for!!

It was lovely to stay at this hotel. The people working here were so sweet and helpful. They helped us book a tour so Sapa. The location is great and the pho you get on the corner is in our opinion the best we had during our 4 weeks in Vietnam. But dont book it through Agoda. They dont show the correct price.

We were the first tourists from abroad after Vietnam opened again after covid. The stuff there is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped, they leave for you even toothbrush and a comb. We can highly recommend this hotel.

If it wasn’t for the hotel from desk clerk Daisy, I would give this place 2 stars.
The Good: Daisy’s customer service. She helped us with EVERYTHING. Our entire party of 6 AND family members who came to see us. She helped with everything we asked for. Thank goodness she knew English. The pho in the morning is good. Everything thing else in the morning is okay. Lots of fruit options. Right in the middle of Old Town Hanoi. If you are looking to stay in old town (I wouldn’t again).
The Bad: Don’t let the photos fool you. The furniture, windows, floors, beds, walls are all run down. If it were America, it would be a 2-1/2 star hotel. This may have changed, but when I booked the hotel 12/2019, this hotel had a 4 star rating. The rooms are not nice as they appear. The shower is the most annoying thing in the rooms. LEAKS. I had three rooms. All leaked puddles. Dirty wet floor is just gross. Beds not comfortable. MICE running around. Buffet of breakfast food is a TINY area and the seating area is TINY. The night crew....they shouldn't even get paid. The location is an inconvenience when you’re trying to get dropped off and picked up with all your luggage. Vehicles do not fit on the street. So you have to get dropped off a block away. I would not stay here again.

THE HOTEL DOESNT HAVE ANY FLEXIBILITY. I have booked a room for our trip to Hanoi and due to an unforeseen event, we weren't able to travel. I tried to communicate to the hotel and they were so strict with the policy of NO REFUND even though there was no service nor rooms has been used. I don't mind if they charged a night stay but they reap my pocket for the entire stay of 03 nights.

Next to St’Josephs cathedral,in a typical Hanoi alley and 5 min on foot from the bus stop from the airport,we found it easily.Rooms are big and as they seem in the pics of Booking( they are a bit old now).Air condition was working excellent (you can’t live without it in Hanoi),good free WiFi.stuff in the reception were friendly and try to help with everything we needed (they need to improve their English though). We enjoy the breakfast was including in the price, not big variety but tasty. The hotel is in the heart oh Hanoi’s old town and close to the lake Quan Hoan Kiem. Overall we had a nice experience and we recommend it for a good and cheap stay !

My boyfriend and I made a reservation at this hotel on Expedia about a month ago. We get to the hotel, everyone was very friendly, they sat us down gave us a free drink while they checked us in. After they “checked us in” the lady says “ok we will take you to our second hotel now.” We didn’t think much of this as the hotel we were in didn’t really look like the hotel was running. Someone else comes in and escorts us to the second hotel, we walk about 5 minutes, we check in again, I asked them why we had to check in twice and they said they didn’t know. They show us our room and it was NOT the room we paid for, it had no window, when opening the bathroom door it hit the toilet, we could barely fit in it, and it was completely different than the pictures and description of the room we booked. We told them this is not what we paid for and they showed us a different room which was exactly the same, but it had a slightly bigger bathroom. We explained to them another time how this is not what we booked or paid for and they started to laugh at us saying it’s exactly the same. I forget what the hotel name was, but it was completely unprofessional. We were getting a little frustrated now and we told them we want to go back to the first hotel and speak to the lady again. We get back there and she apologizes and gives us a free upgrade in a different hotel. They gave us a free cab and we drive about 7 minutes to the 3rd hotel. When we got there the guy was so incredibly nice and helpful our whole stay, again it wasn’t what we paid for, but we were done with switching hotels. I would not recommend staying here at all, this process took almost 2 hours. Even tho we got a free “upgrade” they never told us why we couldn’t stay in the hotel that we paid for and why we switched hotels in the first place.
