In our 3 week trip to Thailand, this was by far the BEST hotel we stayed at. The care and friendliness of all the staff was simply second to none. They couldn’t do enough for you. When we had some tours cancelled due to the pandemic, Nat, the owner, sat down with us to plan out a couple of days. They arranged a private driver for our family of 5 to take us around the Chiang Mai area. The food was delicious! The hotel is set in a beautiful oasis of florals, water with fish and greenery. The pool was well used by us and Very clean. The whole resort was extremely clean and well taken care of. You must stay here! You will not be disappointed!! We can’t wait to go back one day!

A lovely, peaceful, family run resort with a handful of spacious bungalows and a lot of lovely green. Nat and her sister who run the resort are lovely, and so helpful and kind. Breakfast is on a terrace outside next to a lovely pond with a waterfall, and a very restful start to the day. Very nice coffee!

We took over the whole resort for a Sunday wedding in December 2019. Nat decorated the venue beautifully with flowers, the meal was delicious, and the ceremony and celebration blended a broad variety of customs. Nat even danced with her sister, wearing costumes similar to those in the 'About' page of the website. Accommodation most comfortable, with a pool and outdoor breakfast. South East of Chiang Mai, about 1 km from the Route 11.

We visited during the very high season, and our 2 joining rooms cost 360 USD a night so we were expecting high quality. While the visit was very nice, I could definitely recommend other places that are better in Chiang Mai for equal or less the cost. Here are run downs of issues: 1. While out of town a bit, it is not country. We were up listening to bar music or fireworks 3 out of 6 nights there. 2. The breakfast was the same everyday- just noodles or egg options, fine for 2 or 3 nights but not a week. 3. The bed was rock hard and the bathroom shower leaked onto the floor. 4. The owners, who speak English, were out of town for the last 2 days there and our complimentary car back to the airport was a mess scheduling with the workers who did not speak English. They tried getting us into a compact car with 5 people and luggage. A bit odd. 5. Finally, the workers were nice, but almost overly so. They would ask us “where are you going?” every morning and asked my daughter about her scar on her body, which was extremely uncomfortable for the family. There were many wonderful things about this visit, the swimming pools are excellent for quiet time or with family, and the general quietness of the area was great. The grounds are well laid out, and there are some slides and swings, albeit older, available for kids. Our airport transfer on arrival was smooth and well received, especially when we arrived late at night. All that being said, this is too expensive for the value given. The chain hotels such as the Shangri La or Le Meridan in town would give much better value if you are planning to spend that much on a hotel for a night.

Dear Mr Jarrett B., Thank you for your forthright review of your stay in the resort we are sorry that you had some issues. Fireworks are now strictly controlled in Thailand however your stay was over the New Year celebrations, this is a time of year fireworks are allowed and expected. We don’t understand the comments about the breakfast, we offer both Western and Asian breakfast. We serve choices of beverage, fresh fruits platter, he eggs choices vary: boiled, fried, poached, scrambled and omelette accompanied with hash browns, bacon or sausage and a bakery basket consisting of toast, croissant as well as pancake waffles and various cereals. Asian breakfast choices include noodles soup, rice porridge and menu of the day. The beds are hotel quality with the firm mattress, we have mattress toppers for guests who request something softer. We are investigating the issues with the complimentary car transfer to the airport and we trust that you arrived safely and on time. We apologise for the staff asking awkward questions to your daughter, the girls in question were internship students and were culturally unaware, we have now provided additional training to enlighten them. We hope your concerns did not detract from your overall enjoyment of your visit to Chiangmai. The Management and OSR team

This place was a bit out of the way from the bustling crowd of the city center. But it was close enough by car and the resort was very quiet throughout our stay. This is a family business and they made the guests feel like family as well! When we arrived, there was a vase of fresh roses waiting for us in our villa and all of the services, including tour driver service, were top notch! We arrived a bit early and left a bit later, but they were able to accommodate us and checked us in early and checked us out late on the house. This was a very nice touch for us. I was very happy that we stayed here.

We went to Chiang Mai for Lanna Sky Music Festival and were mainly focused on a convenient place between the festival location and the airport and stumbled across this place! Setting is well integrated into the natural environment. Beautiful, well tended landscaping helps to create a peaceful surrounding where the gentle sounds of the wildlife are clear devote of any traffic or other noises. Its a quick 15min ride by taxi/Grab between the airport and also to the city center. Food is fresh and organic with a well laid out breakfast included in the reservation. Wifi wasn’t the best, but functional. Staff were highly accommodating, friendly, and respectful. We really felt like we were staying with friends after our five nights there rather than at a hotel. Bed was comfortable, we werent a fan of the pillows, but we didnt ask for alternatives as we were able to sleep so peacefully regardless. Highly recommended if you are looking for a resort style experience but also an authentic nature inspired Thailand feel. Looking forward to coming back soon as a break away from Bangkok!

Stayed 4 nights whilst visiting Chiang mai during lantern festival. Wonderful hosts and staff and nothing was too much trouble. They organised our entire stay from private car hire to most major attractions- highlighted by a private guided tour to the elephant sanctuary - truly amazing and unforgettable experience. Recommended highly.
