Good location of Nimman, I stayed in standard room. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. All staff provides me great service. Specially, staff at front desk were helpful and friendly make my stay enjoyable. I love the mountain view at the rooftop bar ^+^ Overall experience was great! .
We had booked for four nights and ended up extending our trip by a night because we enjoyed the city and the hotel so much. Location - it is conveniently located in the Nimman area which is thriving with all sort of eating options from Michelin recommended restaurants to good street food options. If you want to explore the Old City area, then it is a 20-min walk or a short 5-10 min tuk-tuk/Grab ride away Service - every department exceed our expectations. Coming in from an Accor hotel in Bangkok, we had a seamless experience and found the room already setup to our requirements (extra bed ... and they had also included extra towels for us). The front office and housekeeping responded to all our needs and suggested tourist options/alternatives even if we didn't book it through them and basis what options may not be that hot basis feedback from the other guests. We had a few 'out there' requests which we asked on a whim expecting to be declined ... but the hotel staff went the extra mile to accommodate us. It made us feel cared for and happy to be listened to. We were able to relax and squeeze more out of our trip because of their hospitality. Food - The breakfast options were ala carte and the staff attentive. They remembered our dietary preference and confirmed if we wanted to exclude some ingredients basis our requests for the earlier day even when we forgot to mention it. The food was always fresh and tasted well for an international palate. The mini-bar was stocked with the typical items, but unusually the hotel provides the ingredients for a cocktail on a complimentary basis if you use the liquor from the minibar (guide book is also kept near the minibar) Loved the attentiveness, service and luxury which comes from a smaller hotel rather than getting lost in the large hotel chain property.…
We were first greeted by Noon, who was very kind and willing to help us with everything. He walked us to our room which was on the main floor. We than made our way to the pool where we hung out for about an hour. The pool area is very clean and the bar tender was very helpful as well. The pool over looked the surrounding area, it wasnt that big but who needs a huge pool?
Pros: Great service, very helpful Trendy boutique vibe Large bedrooms Very clean Location was good, plenty around but only a few bars Excellent breakfast choice Cons: No all day bar - need to ring for service No balcony in our room type Pool very small and only 4 sun beds
This hotel was so beautiful! We booked the manor suite and it was wonderful. The front desk lady escorted us to our room and there was music playing as we entered. There was a pillow menu available for you to request different types of pillows for the duration of your stay, free of charge. The bedroom had ample closet space and storage. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a lovely outdoor bathtub with screens for privacy. I appreciated that they didn’t give small bottles of shampoo and soap and instead had dispensers for guests to use. The living room and balcony were very spacious. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai!
Amazing hotel, the best of Chiang mai. The service is incredibly good. The team has been very supportive in any needs and requests. Always smiling and ready to help. We would like to thank once again the whole Akyra hotel team for their warm welcome. Highly recommended and super well located.
Super great service from all staff especially khun noon. The room is nice and clean, while the bed is really soft even though I stayed on an extra bed for a family of three. During the stay you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with the best sai-oua in town (Must try, I even ordered home). Overall it is worth the price and the location is right in the middle of nimman road as well, accessible to every famous restaurants and shops! Great place for travelers who are looking for a cheap but luxurious stay in the middle of the town. Fyi. There is also an airport service private bus with just 250฿
It was our best hotel in all of Thailand! Excellent service, everything was perfect, super friendly and helpful hotel staff. Top notch hospitality. The hotel is new, with perfectly thought out stylish luxury rooms, comfortable bed and indoor climate. The hotel has ideal location, there are many restaurants around for every taste, shopping centers, and beautiful Niman area for evening walk. Despite the large selection of restaurants around, first of all I would recommend the restaurant at the hotel - Italics! Incredibly delicious and beautiful breakfast! Also ideal for dinner. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of city and mountains. There is also a pool and sunbeds. In the evening it is good to have a couple of cocktails there with relaxing music. Definitely the best hotel in Chiang Mai! I will be sure to come back here again.…
We have loved every second of our stay, the staff and particularly May and Sakky have been very kind and made sure everything was as enjoyable as it could be. The rooftop bar allows for a swim and a drink as the sun goes down! We highly recommend it :)
We went to the Rise roof top bar and it was a wonderful experience! The views are amazing, the pool is great, the drinks and food are delicious! We had a nice bartender, May. He was very friendly and makes great drinks! We recommend stopping here for some food, drinks and the views!
