This is definitely not a hotel where you go and stay for the rest of your holiday. Their costumer service was extremely friendly and sweet, but it’s quite rundown and old. Room was very cramped, there was hair and stains in the bed and it was just not comfortable stay. Definitely waaay better places to stay for this money.
i stayed for two nights here during my medical check up in late 2019. The price was reasonable. The place is close to the Khao San road. The place owner is kind and friendly. We check in at about 12am and she was there. However there was one thing that i didn't satisfy. The room seem a bit old and they didn't clean the room during my two night stay.
Stayed at this accommodation last October 2019 with a couple of my friends. The staff are very accommodating one that you'd expect from the land of smiles, the beautiful Thailand. The accommodation reflects what we paid for but more so with the very helpful staff. Despite us arriving very early the staff tried their very best to check us in early. This place is situated in a great location, it's near the city center and it is very convenient to go around. It's just 2 minutes walk to the famous Khaosan Road. There are food stalls everywhere you look and 7/11 every 500 meters. The overall stay was excellent, specially for a first time traveler like us. Kobkhun Kha.
We booked our room here on our first night in bangkok, check in was simple and easy, it was tricky to find, but the pictures didnt look even remotely like our room looked. It was filthy, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the carpeted stairs going up to the room were stained and torn. We checked out that evening, didnt even attempt to get out money back the room was that bad. Pleanty of other places around that are significantly more clean and for less money too. 1/10 would not recommend. I came to trip advisor to warn people after booking.com denied my review.
Although a bit tricky to find initially as it's up a small side lane the reception staff were great and let me check in early, they were even kind enough to up grade me to at double on the ground floor to save carrying my suitcase up the stairs. The room was a good size, bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The aircon was great and appreciated after a day in the Bangkok heat. Only down side about room was there was no view from the window , just faced a very close wall. Tea and coffee were available in reception area plus a free bottle of water per day. Wifi worked well in my room . Location wise it was perfect, a short walk took you to kao san road and in other direction the ferry terminal . Around the hotel were plenty of places to eat and drink , in the evenings there were market stalls and a fantastic relaxed atmosphere. …
