I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s something special or terrible as I feel that is what people look for most.
I can say for certain that this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and that’s from the minute you step out the taxi.
When we arrived, having never really stayed in an up-market hotel before, they got our bags for us out of the taxi and held the doors for us and greeted us when we came in.
Check-In was smooth but make note of a 6,000 baht deposit you have to put down and it wasn’t really explained why as I had already paid for the room before arriving but I guess it’s a policy for a lot of hotels in Bangkok I’m guessing.
The room itself was lovely and was exactly what we needed.
The pool we used a few times and they have towels up there for you to use so you don’t have to worry and it’s gorgeous there plus you can have drinks by the pool (open 9-9pm)
Same with the restaurant/skybar you can just chill and enjoy it.
They also give you the option when purchasing food/drink to charge to the room and pay at the end or pay there and then.
All in all, id recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
I also should say the BTS SkyTrain is like a 5 minute walk max so its good for that too and if you were like me and didn’t know, a day pass for BTS is 150 baht and this doesn’t work for the MRT (underground rail) so factor that in if you wanna use that and its only worth a day pass if you plan on using it more than 4/5 times as a single ticket is roughly 20-30 baht each.

Stayed 6 night at the Bangkok Indigo hotel and what an amazing experience it was. From the greetings at the front door to an incredible friendly and helpful front desk to house keeping and breakfast staff. This hotel is a must if you are in Bangkok. The location is close to shopping malls, metro and many restaurants from small local once’s to fancy once’s. The room we stayed in was spacious and well decorated with an awesome shower and amazing views of Bangkok. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a truly unique experience when it comes to customer service. Absolutely top notch led by the young talented general manager Jennifer. After completing a memorable three nights stay in the Intercontinental Chiangmai, we moved on to the Indigo Bangkok for a two nights stay under the IHG Destined program. As a Diamond Ambassador member with an annual lounge pass, I could have chosen to stay at the other Intercontinentals in Bangkok, but decided to try out the new Indigo in Wireless Road.
This stay turned out to be very good, for the rate paid. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the friendly hotel staff was excellent. We loved the little touches such as selection of local-made key pouches during check-in, in-room fresh flowers and welcome card by the front office. We had the upgraded corner room that came with amazing views of the tall buildings in Wireless Road, and this room also came with the balcony. But to prevent any flying insects, we kept the balcony door closed during our stay, if we were not using it. Housekeeping was also outstanding and the room smelled very clean!
The interior design throughout the hotel is industrial chic with touches of local designs and modern luxury - I loved it a lot! The hotel has many instagrammable areas such as the rooftop bar. While the common corridor between rooms are not air-conditioned, it was windy and did not disrupt our experience at all during this stay.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a trendy boutique hotel with friendly staff.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in the hotel door. The service staff is very good. Always inquire about needs. Since check-in If you want anything, please tell the Front Desk. The lobby area is wide and airy. While you sit and wait, there will be herbal water or cold fruit juice to drink. The hotel is decorated in a beautiful vintage style. The room is very beautifully decorated, very clean, needs a clear bowl of fruit. Called from the room. Room Service staff brought it to me very quickly. The hotel is located near important places. We had a wonderful two-day stay at Indigo Bangkok in a King Premium Garden View Corner Balcony room on the 9th floor. The room and bathroom were spacious and cozy. The balcony faced a serene view of lush, green treetops, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. (In-room snack--the mixed fruit and nut is really tasty. We couldn't stop eating them. They were gone in no time.)
The staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Special thanks to Pear at the front desk for helping us book a nearby massage session, and Atom for the friendly and attentive breakfast service.
One of our most memorable moments was lounging by the rooftop pool, enjoying the skyline view and the peaceful, idle atmosphere.
While booking, we had some difficulty figuring out which rooms had a bathtub, but after contacting the hotel, we received a prompt and detailed reply. (Note: Premium rooms have bathtubs, and the hotel has since simplified its room descriptions.)
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from BTS Phloen Chit station. However, the sidewalk is currently under construction, so if you have large luggage, a taxi ride might be more convenient.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is bottled water available in the room and on request. The hotel is within walking distance to BTS ~5-7 min walk. Nearby there are multiple embassies. There is plenty of shopping from luxury name brands to local Thai designers. There is an international breakfast buffet that is delightful. One can order eggs any style to be made fresh. My favorite choice in Bangkok, my fourth time and every time service is superb, you are welcomed with smiles and a cool delicious welcome drink that I would love to have the recipe! Front desk is always very efficient which shows that they are very experienced and ready to help you have the best time during your stay. The rooms are very well appointed and housekeeping is spotless, loved that the room was made during my breakfast, and it shows their level of service. The gym is really good and 24 hours but I do think that they could have those rubber bands for workout, which are simple but would help have a complete workout routine.

Yes, they have an arrangement with a local shuttle company which is very good, compared to my previous experience with a Taxi, Hotel Indigo's person was far more pleasant and efficient.
