The hotel offers reasonable value for money, considering it being in the heart of the country's capital. Room is of decent size, the bed is comfy, and breakfast offers 'the usual suspects'. The halls are carpeted, which is a plus (reduces the echoing noises of people in the hallways). The big, big downside is the virtually impassable alley the hotel is located in; it is so narrow with no sidewalks, pedestrians share the road with all other traffic, so it is challenging to reach the hotel. Due to the nature of most Thai cities, which are a maze of dead-end-sois with only few connecting roads, with Bangkok being the worst of all, the location of Citrus 11 is also not most ideal. Reaching public transport options (ARL, BTS, MRT) make take a while on the busiests moments of day (you either have to walk or spend a lot of time in stuck traffic). Unfortunately, the offered shuttleservice to Nana-BTS is of limited use, due to only a few times it runs during the day (4 times in the morning, 4 in the afternoon and none in the evening).

One of the most guest friendly hotels I have stayed in entire Thailand. The hospitality was brilliant, especially Mr Anish, Gigi and people who cater to all our requirements. The morning breakfast menu is comprising of wide range of items to fit for all type of customers. The bathrooms and rooms are very clean. The location Of this hotel is at walking distance to Nana Plaza, Sugar club and MBK Mall will highly recommend to someone who wants to be in the centre of the action at a very good price and budget.

Firstly, let me say that I mostly enjoyed my stay at Citrus suites, Soi 11. But the matter of a few little niggles really only merits a 3/5 rating here, and I'll explain why.
Pros: 1. Great location. 7 mins walk to Nana station; 1 minute from mini-markets, and 7-elevens. 2. Quieter than most hotels on the Soi 11 strip (just make sure you get a room on a higher floor) 3. The unsung heroes: Housekeeping. Management, please be sure to praise housekeeping, as they are fantastically proactive and obliging. 4. Extremely comfortable bed and clean.
Cons: 1. The biggest disappointment by far was the fact that every booking site listed this hotel price with a breakfast included - yet the restaurant was closed during my entire stay. I, particularly, book hotels based on the breakfasts included as it's more convenient and less hassle for me to go out in search of a morning meal. I asked reception about this and they apologized that it was closed; but why hadn't they informed their booking partners of this, rather than wait for customers to turn up and incur disappointment? It felt a little cheated here, and had I known the restaurant was closed, and no breakfast would be served, I'd have booked elsewhere.
2. Abysmal WiFi signal speeds. Absolutely trash (see speed test pic)
3. The mini fridge is a poor model that is nowhere near cold. Forget about storing any beverages for coolness here.
4. The gym equipment is neglected and dated. The free weights need addressed as there are discs that need secured with a thick Alun key, not to mention the tattered carpet flooring. It just feels like a very sad place to work out.
Would I stay again? Yes. It is value for money, sure. And although the absence of the breakfast really irked me, I wasn't expecting the world with this booking; it gave me exactly what I wanted in the end.

If I could I’d give this 3.5 Stars, it’s not a 3 but definitely not a 4 star for me. Just a basic room perfect for having a base to sleep.
Room: you get what you pay for here. Basic room, clean with toiletries (I didn’t use any to comment) and a hair dryer. We were in a room on the road so it was a bit noisy with traffic until about 2/3 then it would quieten down until the morning traffic picked back up. There was a makeup/dressing table with a mirror to get ready at which is always a plus point for me personally, but the lighting was poor so I put my phone torch on to help.
Location: good for nightlife, restaurants and bars etc all within about 2-3mins walk. It is on a fairly busy narrow road with no level walkway so I would recommend for families to stay here. I personally wouldn’t recommend for families to go to Bangkok at all though. There’s not much going on during the far around there though, so be prepared to walk or travel to see the sights of Bangkok. We walked most places or took a cab (avoid ripoff tuktuks), but, the sky train is about 15mins walk away if it’s preferred. Traffic around the hotel is horrific,l so I would avoid taking cabs if you can, they only want to get rid of you sooner once they hit it anyway so save yourselves the hassle.
TOP TIP - if you do get a tuktuk tell them you’re going home in the morning so they don’t take you to a shop to buy something. I.e. suit tailors or excursions!

The hotel is amazing, and I loved the overall vibe. It’s a bit tucked away, but since I enjoy walking, it was perfect for me. There's a massage parlor nearby, just 5-7 meters away. All the convenience stores, like 7-Eleven, and other cool spots in Bangkok are within a 2-minute walk. The area is very safe, and the staff is friendly.
The food is incredible, with tasty options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Especially for Indians who may not enjoy the smell of seafood, this place offers a great reprieve.
You’ll really appreciate the excellent service from the staff, especially Anish and GiGi, who were very helpful, whether serving food, making omelettes for my friend, providing coffee or ice cubes. Their service is on par with five-star restaurants.
The hotel also provides umbrellas and a free shuttle to Nana Station, though the schedule is fixed. Alternatively, you can walk and soak in the vibrant Bangkok atmosphere.
They offer a variety of options, including coffee, fruits, delicious salads, Thai dishes, non-veg food, yogurt, cheese, and vegetables.
As per my brand, @CuteFByAnkan, it’s also a great choice for those who are diet-conscious and follow healthy eating habits.

Had the breakfast buffet at Citus Sukhumvit 11 for the past two mornings. The staff of Soz and Belive were excellent in re-stocking items for buffet. If you needed more orange juice or coffee, they were both there to refill your cup. A good selection of breakfast items to enjoy and a nice indoor or outside dining experience. Now the price was fantastic as i had many buffets in thailand over 2 months. I never say so much value for the price. If you get the chance to stay at this location or nearby hotels, i highly recommend this morning buffet served from 6:30am to 10:30am each morning. Thank you for your wonderful experience. James. Hi, I am so grateful to Gigi and Smile. They took such good care of me and my friends, especially when it came to food, explaining the ingredients. Gigi is amazing, she has a great memory. We checked in twice and she remembered us and even remembered my food allergies, which was very impressive for someone who only stayed with me for a few days. Smile was so lovely, took care of me, helped me with everything, explained what foods I was not allergic to.

This hotel is a real gem tucked away in one of Nana side alleys. It was a pleasure experiance that I will definitely repeat. The hotel was clean and smells very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is very convenient as it isclose to the Arab road where we can go eat at any time.
