This hotel has a good location . It is hidden in the shopping paradise. Our room looked newly renovated and it’s comfortable. They have a good breakfast. I liked the daily soup a lot. Only one suggestion, time to change your bath towels there, they are clean but obviously damaged and no longer pleasing to guests’ eyes.

Thanks to the review by others, I chose this as my stay 3 nights in Bangkok. Note: The hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. Take a floor up by lift or staircase.
Location: If you're shopaholic, this is the right place that you ever want. Why? Because that street is connected to the market nearby. Platinum mall is just opposite the main street.
Service: I would rate them 4.5 stars. Why? Minimal communication issue, simple english communication worked well. I requested one connecting room during my check in, and they tried their best to work it out for me. Lucky me! Next thing is, if you forgot to bring your converter, call them up to borrow but make sure you return them.
Cleanliness: Do not expect as perfect as 5 stars hotel room and facility. One cons here: I noticed the room is a bit damp. However, you can just open the window during day time to reduce it.
Amenities: They don't provide toothbrush and comb, not sure if they have shower cap because I didn't notice that.
Breakfast: Normal breakfast, just nice for me as I'm not big eater in the morning. Rather head out to hunt other food. Oh ya, remember to order their omelette because it was so good.
Fare: Uber from Don Mueang Airport to hotel: 300 baht (without toll) Grab from hotel to Don Mueang: < 400 baht (with toll)

stayed in October. There were renovations ongoing at that time. The location was the selling point of this place if you want to do some shopping in bangkok. It is literally 20 steps from the wholesale clothing market but without the noise you would expect if you were that close to a market. Its about a block away from the main road and an easy 5 minutes walk to the Platinum Fashion Mall and there's an overpass that connects to the malls 2nd and 3rd floor for easy road crossing. Central mall and Big C is about 10-15 minutes easy walk, depending on how fast you walk. But its an easy walk, coming from someone who doesn't want to walk far. So i guarantee you wouldn't have a hard time going to this malls from this place. Its easier walking from here than shall we say Baiyoke or other hotels/ inns near Baiyoke. There's a 7 eleven about 20 steps or so opposite at the end of the alley where this lodging house is if you would need stuff from a convenience store. The place is kinda old, so signs of wear and tear are visible here and there. Like rust on bath tubs and smell of an old closet. But the room is fairly clean. Stayed in the room at the 8th floor. I didn't encounter the dirty room and molds the others mentioned in their review. the bed and sheets were clean and comfy, same as seen on those 3 or 4 star hotels. There's a TV, though not LCD, with cable channels. There's a mini fridge with daily free 2 bottled mineral waters. There's no safety deposit box though. And the hallway lights needs a little brightening up. Noise from the outside was never a problem. The breakfast is pretty average but filling enough. There's the standard choices of cereals, rice, sausages, eggs, phad thai, bread, milk, juice, coffee and etc.Plus breakfast is served early, so for people heading on their tour with early call time can still catch breakfast.
Keep in mind that this place is a lodging house/ hostel and not really a hotel. If you are looking for all the luxury amenities of a hotel then this place is not for you. The price is very reasonable and you get most of what you pay for. If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfy place to stay in and is not looking for anything ostentatious, then you might want to consider staying here. We didn't stay much at the hotel since we were out touring the whole day, so we didnt mind not having all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Plus walking back to the place at night was never frightening or felt unsafe. If you are adventurous, trying the food from moving street hawkers or food carts are a must. There are also tropical fruit vendors you will pass by in the street nearby the hotel that sells big guava's and atis. There are also small food stalls, along the street where the hotel is, where you could get food for lunch or early dinner. However, they closed fairly early, i think before 7 pm. There's a small restaurant named "The Place", about 100 meters from the hotel that is still open till about 10 pm. But what I would really recommend is to try the street food stalls that grills plenty of seafood choices along the road going towards Central mall. Not for the squeamish though because literally you will be eating at the side of the road. So definitely no restaurant ambiance here but the food is really surprisingly delicious. A must try also if you are staying at Four Seasons is a massage place located at the second floor of a building just in front of 7 Eleven named The Green Spa & Massage, which is very clean and fairly new. The staff is friendly. Try their foot massage for 250 baht (which is a steal and lesser in price than that being offered in the In-House spa service of Four Seasons). This is such a treat especially after a long day of walking or shopping, and they include your back even though its really just a foot massage you picked. Plus they have the standard tea at the end of the massage. Fairly new so the place has better ambiance than other old ones located near the streets of Bangkok ( of course Hotel's spa and high end spa not included) There's also a money changer place about 100 meters from the hotel which gives better rates than the ones found in the mall, so exchanging money was convenient for us, and they open fairly early. I remember by 630am they were open already. Although staffs are unfriendly and seems to not smile at all. But who cares, as long as you get to exchange your money to baht right? Four Seasons also offers airport transfers which i recommend for first time visitors to Bangkok or traveling in a group. They use Toyota Commuter Vans for this, which is convenient especially if you are traveling in a big group and would not fit in 1 taxi. We also manage to struck a deal with them that after pick-up from the airport we would go straight to the Chaophraya River Cruise for dinner and they took us back to the hotel afterwards since we arrived at Bangkok around 6 pm. You guys might want to do this as well, to cram more itineraries in your schedule. That's it. I hope this review will help and give others some idea what to expect from four seasons...

I was initially doubtful of this hotel from the photos I saw on the internet, especially because of the location being right on top of a shopping district. However when we arrived in Suvarnabhumi Airport we were greeted and picked up by the friendly driver. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

It's one of the best hotels to stay in if you intend on shopping. Right in the heart of Vista Market in Pratunam. Rooms are tastefully done up and the staff is incredibly friendly. Amazing value for money!

Good location and the interior of the place is ok but the towels, linens and pillows are so dirty. The color is gray already instead of white. Hope the management can change them already. We couldn’t sleep at night.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, very bad experience. The room and the bathroom are dirty. Around the bath, there is mould, mustiness. The fourniture is very old and dirty. The staff never smile and the breakfast is bad, the omelettes are made for a while and are cold ! The official photos of the hotel website don't match with the reality !

Easy to locate! Just outside Petchburi soi 19 theres a mcdonalds. 2nd Alley to the right you will find a shopping area that may slightly block the words Hotel Vista Express. Hotel lobby is at 2nd floor. Room is exactly like photos shown. Chic, modern and simple. Room service arrives 15mins after ordering. Fast! A deposit of 500 baht will be returned upon check out. A 7 eleven nearby, A&W not too far off, pratunam market nearby and platinum mall just a few mins walk! A few AWESOME halal eateries at the back. Explore and walk till the end of the lane and you,ll find yourself at a shopping area near Baiyoke hotel. 5mins cab ride to MBK (Less than 60baht), abt 15mins cab ride to chatuchak. Room is clean and awesome and spacious at a good price!

Just came back after staying 4 nights in Four seasons. Basic but neat and clean, simple and neatly done up rooms and bathrooms. The location is plus point, walking distance to all the famous malls. ground floor of hotel is itself a part of market. you can get up at 6 am in the morning and go to wholesale market. two seven eleven stores round the corner, staff is polite and helpful. thai massage shops are close by. street food is easily available only drawback for us was they dont serve vegetarian breakfast .and the room has kettle but no tea bags , they charge extra for that. Location and comfort wise excellent hotel

The hotel located at a prime location with a reasonable price. Technically speaking it is just located right opposite Platinum Fashion Mall however it took us awhile to discover it as the hotel is a bit shy (lobby located at 2nd floor). Morning & Night has two totally different street views, you will know when you check it out. Some uplifting works shall be done to maintain the quality. Eg: the sliding door at bathroom really trained my muscle during my stay. Generally speaking I will still recommend this place to friends.
