Place is terrible. Room looked run down and dirty. Terrible damp smell. An employee must have gone to the bathroom before our arrival and didn’t flush. Noisy tourists staying at the hotel. Breakfast food was all cold. Restaurant mega dirty while staff were just hiding round the corner playing with their phones. Bed noisy, pls and uncomfortable. Never again.

The actual room look nothing like the photos!!! The room and appliances were rundown, which I can ignore. But I draw the line at the old blood spots we found on the bed! Ewwwwwww. More like 1 night motel, will never stay here again.

Nice and cozy place with good price and facilietes. AC, what's very important in Thailand, sejf, breakfast, cleaning service, staff don't speak good english but good enough to communicate. All amenities close to at the nearest street, like laundry service, 7 eleven etc. Will book from them next time but closer to downtown because location of this hotel is to far from downtown for me.

Stayed here a few times, rooms spacious and clean, good internet, breakfast not worth the visit, food based on Chinese tour groups who are very noisey in their rooms and public areas.Near to Khlong boats, and easy to catch a taxi or motorbike take from the street, 5 minutes from Bangkapi mall.Too be honest you’d only stay in this area if you have to...Staff reasonably polite at reception and a good coffee shop which is a great alternative to the horrid breakfast experience at the hotel
