First of all I would like to say no matter where you do your quarantine it can not be a enjoyable experience, whoever says it is, are high on drugs. Quarantine is a prisonlike experience but of course it's better than prison. I checked in 14/01/2021 and this is my last day, checking out tomorrow 29/01/2021. ROOM: Is spacious and has a balcony which really helps as there is no outdoor time the first week. Bed is great, TV is a bit small but it's smart. Big fridge and freezer, microwave, hot water kettle and a sink. A word of advice, one side of the hotel is facing a busy street which is very noisy and the windows and door are anything but soundproof, so ask for a room facing the pool if you think noisy is not good for you. I got used to it and figured that too quiet ain't no good either.. FOOD: Is okay but definitely no gourmet stuff, it's average. It's on time though and that's important. It arrives in a plastic box but there are real plates in the room so I've been putting it on that instead. Looks better and tastes better that way. RELAX AREA: This is kind of a disappointment, actually it's the only disappointment. It's a pool area on ground floor not much bigger than a volleyball court. Outdoor time from day 7 is advertised as one hour but in reality it's 30-40 minutes because staff needs to clean between customers. Can't use the pool according to government regulations but can walk around it... Which I've been doing to be able to get some exercise. STAFF: This is the best thing about the hotel. The staff have been friendly and polite through out my way. And they have ALL been really most helpful trying their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible. All the staff I've been coming in contact with has been wearing plastic protective clothes, which must be absolutely horrible to wear all day! My overall rating for this ASQ is average but the staff rating is way above! Keep up the good work!

We will be spending one more night here then our 15 night quarantine is done. This hotel has been perfect. The room is good and the meals are great. The staff go out of their way to make this lockdown in the room as pleasant as possible. Internet is very good and Netflix is provided. Highly recommend.

my second time staying centrepoint hotel pratunam , room was really spacious as it was designated into two area , a small kitchen area where basic kitchenwares and microwave were provided which is a plus point but one of the feedback i could give is the aesthetic of the room design , as compared to the last visit in 2012 and my visit in 2019 , the room still looks old and needs some upgrades. In terms of the services , i feel that is pretty alright , staff was friendly & attentive. Overall , is a good hotel to stay if you really like shopping in pratunam as it is accessible to many of the shopping malls and night markets.

I went to the hotel on October 4 around 1pm. I was attended at the entrance by a male receptionist with glasses called Tony. He attended me with rude manners when I requested for check in. Afterwards another man receptionist came to complete the check in because the receptionist called Tony said that he cannot find my booking from agoda. The other receptionist completed the check in and told me at the time of giving me the key “this is your room number and no breakfast” with abrupt manners. So I replied the receptionist that I was already aware of that, then, the other receptionist called Tony said to his colleague that I always complain. That comment was completely unprofessional and rude. This was the second time that I use this hotel and the attitude of the receptionists was unprofessional and impolite. Moreover, the last time I used the hotel the water on my room was cut during 3 hours and the receptionist just called me with quick call saying “ the water will be cut now”.

Stayed for 3 nights from 8-11th Sept. Hotel is huge and some area are still under renovations. They have 2 access which is really convenient. Plus point is the location since its closed to shopping mall, 7/11 and many of restaurants and stalls. Room was spacious and clean. The Front desk staffs were helpful in providing the service. Minus point was about their internal communication. I asked for the taxi to the airport on my check out date but seems no one was aware on that time, most probably because of the bellboy who taken care of my lugage during check out wasn’t there at the time i need the pick up service.
