- Quiet area in the heart of Bangkok.
- Consider value for money & budget hotel.
- Breakfast not bad based on room rate consider fine for me.
- Near Pratunam Market & Platinum Fashion Mall (walking distance around 5 to 10 minutes)
- Easy to find Taxi & Tuk2, BTS just about 10 minutes walk Phayathai BTS station.
- Massage just a step infront of the hotel
- Dislike the keyroom didn't work a few times have to go up and down to checked the keyroom but still cant work until the staff have to use manual key to open the door then after a few minutes two staffs (male) came and repair the door knob take quit sometimes.
- Very disappointed no iron reason they afraid the room might be damage but they offered help to iron with charge of THB 20 per cloth.... really disappointing they didnt iron my cloths well better i do it myself.

J two S is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for.

They provide a decent breakfast in a buffet so we could start exploring Bangkok city with much energy.

The Manager Mr Wit is very friendly and helpful responding to email queries very attentive. Staff also friendly and good.

Rooms are not so spacious but since its a budget hotel cannot expect more than this for what we paid for.

Walking distance to Indra Square, Platinum Mall, Big C and Central World and to many massage palours and good shopping malls.

Only 150-200 meters to Phay Thai Railway Station and Ratchaprarop Station.

Prasad who is arranging airport transport and tour / excursions does a wonderful job. Very reasonable and very friendly service. Highly recommend his reliable service to get advised to experuebce best in Bangkok.

Thanks Jay two S. Will def come back to your hotel in our next visit to Bangkok.

The receptionists weren't very helpful. We stayed there for three nights and my mom complaint about the room being not cleaned with rubbish under the bed and hair everywhere in their room even when we first checked-in. The receptionist said okay but no one came in three days to settle it, the rubbish and hair are still all over the place til the day we checked-out.

When I ask for direction to BTS stations, the receptionist didn't tell me the whole way and I was lost and had to turn around.

The rooms were dark and the shower was too tight for I can't even move in it. There's Wi-Fi in the room but very weak, you have to stand behind the door to get connection. If you plan to lie in bed and surf, you will probably give up because the line is too weak.

Breakfast was great, sufficient choices and suited my taste bud. The food was warm, clean and filling.

Another great thing was there's a massage parlour at the lobby and also a tour agency that can help you with transportation and touring. The prices for all these services were very reasonable, cheaper than I book them online. Mr. Prasad and his wife were very friendly and helpful. She asked us to come again next time and she can get us rooms and tours for an even cheaper price.

Drive from hotel to airport took only 45 minutes. For shopaholics, this is the place you should stay. It is near to Platinum Mall, tuk tuk refused to send us there because it's too near. There's also money changer and 7-e nearby our hotel. You can also walk to Baiyoke area for shopping or take BTS to other places like Chatuchak to shop til you drop. The BTS station is only 10 minutes away (waalking).

Hotel is infested with bed bugs. got bitten very badly, changed room thrice! Bugs crawling on bed, cockroaches crawling on floor and curtains, aircon not cold, fire sprinkle activated for no reason, water heater not hot. Decided to check out early to move to another hotel, staff didn’t apologise, didn’t even seem empathetic and insisted we leave before 12noon! When we told staff about the bugs and cockroaches, they just brush it off even though they saw it!!! Will never step into the hotel again!

My husband, 2 toddlers and I spent 4 nights here and we really felt we had made a super choice considering the price and the fact that we only needed the room for a good nights rest. The rooms were clean, the bed sheets were clean, the bathrooms were clean and most importantly, the shower pressure was fantastic and had really hot water. Our towels (which were also very clean) were replaced by fresh ones everyday. The extra bed in the triple room is a bit uncomfortable though. The breakfast was ok and the staff was very friendly, especially with our kids. My youngest being almost 2 was really paid a lot of attention!! The massage parlor downstairs was also quite good and charged 200 bhat for 1 hours foot massage which they did really well. The location too is great since we could access both sides by walking through the interior by lanes... the markets by the First Hotel and on the other side, the malls like Siam Paragon, Central World, Big C, etc. All in all, I will certainly stay here again on my next visit if I am on a limited budget. :) Very impressed for the price we paid for the room!!

Room was very decent and clean. Ugly guesthouse, but decent. Breakfast was allright.
It tookus a while to find the guesthouse though, it is a bit in between market streets in busy neighborhood.
I found personal very cold and not willing to help or even talk to us.

Stayed here for two nights, the internet was fluctuating, you can't even play online games nor load images in social media. The bathrooms smell like dried urine. The air conditioning units were working well. The breakfast sucks, sausages were bland as well as the hams. But despite all these, the staff here were all accommodating and friendly.

Does not look like photo shown at Airport. Looks nice in photo but when we got there it was awful. Bed like concrete. Could not close bathroom or lock balcony door. TV channels all in Thai. Breakfast ok but not warm and eggs stone cold. Towels like sandpaper and most of the staff are unfriendly. Even tho it was cheap it was still not worth the money. Very noisy especially staff from 5am onwards. Very disrespectful staff. Lesson learned.

PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE TAKING A RISK OF BOOKING THIS HOTEL

Location: The hotel is near Pratunam Market. It will take you about 2 to 3 minutes walk before reaching the said place. This Hotel however, is inside an alley so you would never see any building of "J Two S". Even the Taxi drivers are not familiar with it. The best landmark will be the building beside it, which is My Hotel Pratunam.

Staff: Oh my God. I don't even know how to begin this. When we arrived, the staff did not even help us carry our bags. Once you get off your taxi cab, no one will welcome you since again, just like what I have said, it is located INSIDE an alley so they would not know if a staff is already outside. Upon entering the shady and dim lit hotel, the woman assigned (she has long hair and white skin) talked to us. She was the only person who greeted us and smiled to us. Her shift is every morning to early afternoon since that was the only time we saw her.

The man who finally brought our bags opened the elevator. We are 5 and plus one for the J Two S man. HE DID NOT HOLD THE ELEVATOR OPEN FOR MY FATHER. He did not bother to apologize for what he did. When we enter our designated rooms, the TV only showed few non-english channels. When we asked for someone to fix it, the same man went up to our rooms and fixed it and LEFT THE DOOR OPEN AFTER HE LEFT US. He did not even tell us that it is already okay. (Pls be informed that we didn't know if it was okay since there was not a single channel in english shown on the television)

One more thing, the rude woman who has an afternoon to evening shift. When we arrived after roaming aroung Pratunam, we asked our hotel keys. Three of us said it clear that our keys were 40_ and 40_. However, she gave us 50_ and 50_. When we reiterated that our keys stars with 4, she scold us, and gave us a death stare saying.. "YOU SAID FIVE!" We just let it go. I wish we booked another hotel but we paid online already.

Rooms: Once you enter the room, a Damaged Price List is placed over the Television table. What would you feel seeing a list reminding you how much a thing costs when it gets ruined? They failed to welcome us and now what? Welcoming you with a price is so annoying. The remote of the airconditioner is stuck on the wall which is not a good idea when you are on the bed for you had to get up just to change. The balcony door was open twice when we entered the hotel: first, when we arrived at the hotel and second, after we requested them to make up our room. If you decide on requesting or paying for extra bed, a HOSPITAL bed will be given to you. The telephone sucked. Ours was in automatic speaker phone and was static. A small refrigerator works just fine in the room. Again, the lights are bit dim. My parents had pink and yellow lights while we had yellow lights.

The walls, everything is not sound proof. You can even hear people outside even the squeak of slippers can be even heard. I had minimal hours of sleep because of this Hotel. WIFI SUCKED. Seriously, just buy a sim card and register into 3g or LTE.

Shower room: The shower room is so small. I'm warning you now. No wonder why they did not post any shower room or restroom pictures on their site. To be honest, the mall restrooms are way better compared to theirs. We even killed a cockroach inside the restroom.

Television: I JUST HAD TO SEPARATE THIS ONE. Unless you are chinese, indian, thai, or muslim, DO NOT BOOK J TWO S. My parents had 40 channels, 7 working, and not even one is in english. My cousin, sister, and I had 250 channels and NOT EVEN ONE is in english. Please avoid this hotel.

Lastly, breakfast. In all fairness, the buffet breakfast is pretty decent. Do not expect too much but it really is decent. The kitchen staffs are also fine with us.
