Great service at the reception desk and restaurant. Front desk associate fixed an issue for us right away. The bar is cozy and featured drink inspired by awesome bands that originated in Akron (Black Keys and Devo!). Great location--just a minute walk from the Arkron Museum of Art. Free and convenient parking.

Stayed at Blutique Hotel for 2 nights in May 2012. As the name suggest, its theme was blue. It is operated by Indians and thus, communication through English was not of a problem.

It took us awhile to look for the hotel as it is located in the middle of the alley. About 2 minutes from the hotel, there is a 7-Eleven store. Beside the hotel is a massage parlour that looks quite sleezy.

The room itself is clean though a little squeezy and the corridoor is quite narrow too.

This is a new hotel which theme colour is blue. Once i step in, I could feel that it is an Indian hotel. The person in charge is friendly and polite. Room is clean, quiet, air cond is superbly cool. Basin is surprisingly located outside the bathroom.TV is big but only a few Indian channels are clear.

This hotel is extremely hard to find. Taxi drivers wouldn't know this hotel and some may direct you to another hotel which name has a "boutique" word. A lot of food stalls nearby and also street shopping. Very far from Air Rail station and no skytrain station nearby, you have to take taxi or tuk tuk to go places further.

Room is okay but i consider it a bit pricy. Wouldn't go back if I go Bangkok again.

Place is completely run down. Nothing works. Door not closing, safety box does not work, credit card payment not possible even if booked via booking.com and really unfriendly staff. We’re called at midnight to pay our room because the receptionist were not able to use our credit card payment in the afternoon while checking in. The place is very noisy in the middle of night market so no sleep at all.

I'm so satisfied with this hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the location is strategic (near minimarket and food court), and the best part is there is a small stall which sells kinda bbq across the hotel, it tastes super good and quite cheap. Very recommended and will be back to stay at this hotel when I visit Bangkok next time.

Although this place is located in the heart of Pratunam, but it was kind of disappointing when I checked in.
The tv was not working and the reply from the technical support was it has always been in that condition.
Moreover, there is only one lift to service the whole building.
I will give it a miss the next time I come to Bangkok.

its a new boutique hotel located nearby platinum fashion mall (5 minutes walk) and pratunam market is located outside of the hotel. The hotel has 9 floors and an elevator, averagly 4 rooms per floor i believe, the hotel has outstanding service, and im still overwhelmed by the systematic operation and complete room features, who would thought a small hotel like this has all the room features like hair dryer, ready soap and shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer, universal adapter, fridge, safe box! i stayed put for a short 2 nights and i would definitely come back to this hotel again. Besides the location on a dodgy alley, but its feels local as there is night market/all day market out there, so accessible to street food and there a convenient store (family mart) down the road. Not to forget the awesome speedy wifi!

My partner and I were tired as we touched down from a midnight flight, but to our horror upon checkin in the staff said that the hotel was over booked!! We booked our hotel from agoda previously. And had to divert us to another hotel which they keep telling us its the same. It was two lane from Blutique hotel which is called "Cozy Inn".

When I went into the room, the stench of cigarette smell, and the bed sheets were stain and dirty. When i flip over one of the blanket I saw a moth right underneath the blanket. IT WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I had to reject the hotel and got a refund from Agoda.

At DMk airport, you have to order taxi at gate 8, fare is charged by km, about 200 bath, add 50 bath for fee, total 250 bath. Btw, if you have not order Blutique, pls change the hotel, it is very bad. Thanks

It is not too difficult. As soon as you see the market, that is where the hotel is. Dont forget local pepple is happy to help. I am pretty sure the hotel can arrange a car for you. Ask the reeption for that
