Awful rooms. I had a friend who stayed over there just went to meet him up
Rooms are worn off untidy . Looks like the place where they woke up in Bangkok in hangover 2. .....
I wouldnt call it a 4 star hotel, more like a 3. Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean although a good dose of bleach through the bathrooms wouldnt go astray, grouting is extremely mouldy. Central to the train line just a few minutes walk...More
Simply dirty! Bathroom, towels, beddings, comforters (had stain) were all dirty. There was no security chain on the door made me felt so insecure during the night. Don't understand how they claim they are a 4 star hotel on their website!
The room and especially the bathroom is dirty, the douche store is moldy
Everything gives the impression that cleaning is not included
Breakfast is extremely poor
Beds are not made
You have a pool with only 4 chairs around
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

Rooms are too small for extra beds, however if not declared while booking then there might be already charge of THB 500 for extra bed. Depends on your negotiation skills. But I do not think extra bed will fit in any room.
