I had a very pleasant stay, perfect location, good variety of food at breakfast buffet. Rooms are a bit outdated (A new carpet or newer furniture would be nice), but since it's a classic hotel it gives it some charm, overall an amazing experience and would love to stay here again. Also the staff are so friendly, accommodating and professional, thanks to Joke, Gai and Pom for making our visits at the Executive lounge so special.

I am very impressed with my latest staycation during New Year Holiday at Grand Hyatt Erawan so much. All the staff service is very beyond expectation even on very crowded period. The room is very clean with full facilities. Bed is so comfy. The view from my room is amazing, facing to Central World so I can see the firework very clearly. Hotel facilities are full function and not so crowded because of good management. The breakfast there is Marvelous! good quality and good taste even there's not much variety. I received every extra request even on crowded day: early check-in and late check-out and corner room facing Central World. I really recommend this hotel in every occasion, suitable for solo, lover, and family.

The hotel is located near many department stores and at the heart of the city. The hotel is very beautiful. So is the room. The most thing I love about this hotel was the food! The buffet line was so good! All tasted delicious as well. Look forward to going back soon

Stayed at Hyatt Erawan for 4 days after 2 weeks of quarantine in Bangkok. Entire Erawan team could not have been more helpful in contributing to an excellent stay. Concierge organises a Covid safe day trip to Ayuttaya. Highly recommended.

It was a great staycation in Bkk during Songkran. The hotel is located in a great location near several shopping malls and four faced buddha. The free-flow food and drinks at the club house were excellence. The food was delicious. The breakfast has loads of choices and super yummy. The staff were friendly and attentive to all guests.
